Good service and polite service staff. Lithia advertises loaner vehicles while your vehicle is being service, but I have been unable to get a loaner for any of the times I have had my vehicle serviced.

Excellent, efficient, fast service. Very friendly, helpful staff and clean facilities. Good quality for price and they offer a lifetime free oil change deal which I've been using for four years with no complaints.

Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable place to wait. Like going to the doctor, they will always try and find something else that might be wrong with your car so be prepared to respond. I give them a 5-star rating.

Solid service and straight to the point. Installed a new serpentine belt and serviced other maintenance issues in a timely manner on my 8th gen maxima. Definitely would recommend.

I am not happy. I spent hundreds of dollars for a new key and to get the key I had re-programmed and they didn't program the keys the first time so I had to drive 90 miles back to the dealership just to have them program the keys that they sold me two months prior and they charged me $20 for new batteries. What? Won't be back again. If I have to drive 90 miles to a Nissan dealership I'll drive extra to go to a dealership that actually does what they charge me for.

I love Medford Lithia Nissan. I drive my Nissan 60 miles round trip just to change the oil here. Prompt service you can count on. With proper maintenance any Nissan will last forever!

My 2013 Altima's engine light was coming on intermittently. It needed diagnostics, a sensor and a software update of the computer. I just purchased the car used and Jared took my car in with no appt and worked with the dealer I purchased from to get the repairs done and paid for as I'm a Almeda fire survivor and needed my car after losing my home. I'm so grateful for their service.

As usual shocker the maintenance department sale sale sale sale...its disgusting and shows greed but I expect nothing less of Lithia anything. The thing I'm extremely irate about is the employees lack of customer service. I have made a point to bring up my warranty work each time I've come in for an oil change and guess what now I have no warranty and they still haven't fixed what was under warranty but they keep trying to sale me services I don't need. I keep getting the run around with bs answers or swepped under the rug and forgotten. So now I'm getting a lawyer and I'm going to sue the ever living hell out of Lithia!!!! Now sale one more service!!!

They handled the Nissan defective air-bag final replacement installation. Ask Danny to forward my comments on your customer service follow.up platform. He is terrific customer service dept. Rep! Please review your company customer service policy. This is your 4th request for my comments..way too many requests. One should do. I would normally ignore them, but Danny was so helpful, he deserves the attaboys and my time.

Been having my cars serviced here for years & it was always hospitable, today's service was less hospitable do to the fact I walk with a cane & had to walk quit a ways to get to my car. Also I was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs to replace back windshield wiper, I was able to watch & he was done like within 35 to 45 min but my car sat there for almost an hour before he turned in paperwork?

Today was our second major letdown. My wife arrived to our scheduled appointment with a list for the service department to tend to which included a complimentary cabin filter replacement. After a 4 hour wait (with our infant) she was given estimates for fixing 4 things that were already known because of the engine codes and milage. The quote for catalytic converter was DOUBLE every other mechanic I have called. Also, they didn't bother to replace the cabin filter, the only thing we expected to get done today. I won't even begin to explain the first encounter.....

I had taken my truck to a smaller business, because of Covid I felt more comfortable taking it to a smaller company. Anyway I was told I needed a experience repair and they were unable to reset my codes. I decided to go to Nissan and have them diagnose it, in case it was under warranty. Well it didn't need an expensive repair, Nissan was able to reset/reprogram and the air bag light is no longer blinking. And I felt very comfortable there and even waited for my truck. So happy I went there. Thanks Lithia Nissan of Medford

In June I had a repair estimate for rear shocks and 4 tires to be replaced. Weeks later, received a 10% off on parts and labor. Just had the work done. The shock parts price had dropped so I received a further discount. With Covid, money is tight everywhere and I greatly appreciated the savings. Love my Nissan dealership. One of the few honest dealerships I've dealt with in the last 50 years.

So I set my appointment and traveled from Klamath Falls to the Medford store. When I arrived the the staff were very friendly and courteous. When my vehicle was finished they called me. I returned to the store and they explained what they had done. Apparently the sensor was being blocked by my license plate and they had to order the mounting system to move that from there. I also had a piece of trim that was damaged on the corner and they were going to replace the entire piece. Turns out that the person who was installing the replacement trim broke the new one while attempting to install it. So when it was all said and done my vehicle actually left the shop in worse condition than when I arrived and now I have to make a second trip.

Rodents ate my electrical, Nissan service center assured me that they would repair and replace any damaged items. I have a second set of keys to my car so I inspected my car before I paid. They were rushing to get me to pay before giving me back my keys. I brought up the fact that I still had exposed wiring under my hood. They wanted to charge me $342 for electrical tape they wrapped around the exposed wiring when I was told that they soldered it. Statutory fraud. They offered to complete the service for free. Staff did not look or sound surprised at all by the fact that they tried to charge me an exuberant sum for tape and all I got was, "well I didn't know the mechanic did that." Don't go here. Absolute trash frauds.

Came in for a diagnoses a couple weeks ago. Had a relaxing time watching a soap opera (something I’ve never done) while waiting in the waiting area. After the diagnoses, it was determined a part was needed. Katie took care of walking me through the diagnoses and a few other things they suggested as upkeep for my car. I declined the extras for now and there was no pressure from the Katie or anyone else in the team, which I really appreciated. It’s a hard time to be putting money extra into your car right now. But I WILL be taking care of those things and it WILL be with Nissan. Anyway, Katie ordered the part, which was covered under my warranty, and a week or so later, the part was in! We scheduled another appointment and this time, I had someone pick me up so I didn’t have to wait while the repair was being done. My car was done within 2 hours and the trunk works great! I really appreciate the COVID precautions the dealership and service department is taking. Everyone was in masks. They cover your seats with plastic wrap. They sanitize the pens customers use to sign papers. I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere and their willingness to explain things about my car. I’m petrified of being duped into paying for something I don’t need. But so far, Nissan has been nothing but honest and fair. Thanks!!!

I went to Medford Nissan to have a airbag safety recall completed. I also had them change my oil and requested that they air up my tires. I was informed by the person working at the front desk that they would air up my tires and clean my windows as part of their Nissan dealership inspection. When it was all done they had obviously not aired up my tires or cleaned my windows but they spent a lot of time trying to upsell me to replace all my fluids, including lying in their inspection report that my coolant was low when, on quick inspection, it is obviously not. Overall their service packet that they gave me had at least 5 obvious errors in it, leading me to be a bit nervous that they might have made a mistake repairing the safety recall or changing my oil. I was ready to leave well enough alone and air up my own tires but I have received at least 6 texts from them harassing me to complete a review for them, the final one coming after I asked them to stop contacting me. So now I have written an honest review for you Lithia Nissan of Medford . Please do NOT contact me again. Thank you.

I made an appointment online for an oil change. When I arrived, they couldn't find my appointment. I was expecting a very long wait at this point or maybe even being told I would have to come back. I was wrong. I was told to pull it right up and they would get on it as soon as they could. I was told maybe a total of 45 minutes to an hour wait. It turned out to be 30 minutes. I believe Jared was the gentleman who helped me. He was friendly, efficient and very willing to help me out. Fantastic customer service. Makes me glad I bought a Nissan and purchased the lifetime oil change. Keep up the good work!

I recently purchased a used car from Nissan. A few days later the strut mounts needed replacing & I noticed a Loud, Irritating rattle. They gave me a generous discount for the repair; (they were under no obligation to do so). Both Issues we're resolved. Everyone was so helpful, from the sales department to the service department. The Service Rep., Caitie, was very patient & clarified all my concerns & questions. I really appreciate her effort in making my experience easy. Also, the service area is impressive, as it's ultra clean and well maintained. The waiting lobby is also pleasant. I'll definitely be back when I need any future service or an oil change.
