The guys in this shop helped yank a screw out and patch a tire of mine and reassured me that my sensor had actually lost function and that it needed replacement. ok here goes my sad story 4 days ago i took my 2010 audi tt in for new tires when i went in my audi there was no light on the dash for the tire pressure sensors, everything was fine with that, when i left there i drove for 30 min and the light on the dash was showing problems with the air pressure so i went back to the shop, they took it in again and checked it, they told me your sensors are old and need to be replaced, its almost 400 dollars, i told them that when the car came in they worked, I don't know what a coincidence, they told me your tires are fine, the pressure is correct, it's just the old sensors, i decided to buy them myself and come back later, when i came back they told me they couldn't replace parts that they didn't sell, of course they cost me 50 dollars for all four, i told the young man who helped me, how can i know if you didn't damage my sensors? He answered me, "I can't help you." Have a great day. I went to another shop to replace them, and indeed, inside one of the tires was a broken sensor and a part of the tire changer. I also attach photographs. To sell, the service is very good, but to respond, the guarantees are terrible. I would like someone to advise me because they made me spend money on parts and the cost of replacing them at an external workshop when it was their duty to correct their error. It's not fair. Technically they damaged parts of my vehicle and wanted me to pay for it, that's a scam.

I had to buy all new about 2 1/2 weeks ago because mine were showing threads on the inside of the tires. Then a couple days ago I noticed that there was a nail in one of them. Both times I had to race down there after work (5pm) and they got me right in with no complaints. They had it done in less than half hour.. So I will always get my tires from Les Schwab. Great service and friendly staff..

I had a very good experience at this Les Schwab store at Medford. I want to leave my review here. I am driving a 2022 Tesla Model Y LR. I work for a job at Portland, OR, but I have a permanent home in Bay Area, CA. It was the 2025 Thanksgiving Day, and I am driving from Portland to Bay Area. I was unfortunately got a flat tire when I was driving on the High way I-5. Tesla roadside assistance helped arranging to tow my car to a nearby 3rd party tire shop because there is no Tesla service center within 200 miles, but Tesla wants me to find the tire store by myself. I am glad that I chose this Les Schwab store. I made an appointment at 8AM on Black Friday morning. All the staff were already up over there serving clients at that time. Because I was so anxious that I could not make it to get back to Bay Area and come back to Portland for work on the weekend, I chose the replace a new tire for the flatten one. The Les Schwab technician did an inspection on the flatten tire and told me that I don't need to replace a new tire. He can guarantee to fix it and I can finish my journey without a problem. He will check my Tesla Model Y's 3 other tires condition as well. After 10 min, he told me that my car is ready to go. Guess what? It is totally FREE with NO CHARGE!!! The technician even added a tire cap on my flatten tire because it was lost. OMG, it was unlucky having a flatten tire on Thanksgiving day, but the service from Les Schwab Tire Center totally turn everything to optimistic. They make my day! God bless for the technician and the business of Les Schwab!! I will definitely replace a new tire with Les Schwab for my Model Y.

This morning my tire pressure gauge came on for the third time in the last few weeks, so I figured I must have a slow leak. I called ahead and the woman that helped me allowed me to get in line so that when I arrived, I’d get faster service. The lobby was super clean, they had coffee and wi-fi so I could get a little work done, and they got my car in and out quickly. But here’s the best part: they didn’t charge me anything! It was a small piece of metal causing the issue, so the technician patched it free of charge. I was already a huge fan, now I’m hooked! Thanks guys!
