"Jesse The Beautiful" at O'Reillys is an absolute hero! His amazing, kind nature shone brightly as he went above and beyond to save the day. We're forever grateful for his outstanding service.

I had to buy a battery one evening recently. The staff, (Josh) not only tested my battery and alternator, but offered to install it for me. I had to return with the money to buy the battery the next day, and they did install the battery. I want to thank Josh for his excellent customer service.

I use to absolutely love going in a shopping for what we needed and still do but to only a couple locations this location on center Dr in Medford has disappointed me to the fullest in fact because of them I may not ever use O'Reilly's again. Unfortunately I am walking and or riding the city bus these days and was in the area so I stopped in to get a couple things for my husbands truck however because I am walking or riding the bus I have to carry a backpack with me and with that being said the folk here told that well basically I could put my stuff outside or I could leave because it is COMPANY policy that there are to be no large bags they insinuated that I was going to steal or was stealing and that is not ok I did nothing wrong for them to treat me that way especially with as much money as I spend there and then to be treated that way is completely unexpectedly, I mean just this location alone I spend almost 600.00 at Christmas time and well I will not being do that again I would rather my money go to some place like autozone and I hate them and if you need to go in to this horrible place try a different location if you if you can't then I warn you now don't take any kind of large bag, purse, backpack etc.... you just might get kicked out or accused of stealing.

The staff are very helpful, but every time they get me a part the computer says is right it's not right and I end up having to go back and find the right part with the help of the cashier. Seems like a major flaw that their computer system designed to tell you the right part for your application does not work.

Went to this place because they had the battery I needed for my vehicle, plus the person I spoke with said they could install it while I waited. Perfect as I’m on crutches and that offer was most welcome. What was NOT even close to perfect was the fact the guy that did the battery swap did not replace the hold down bar that goes across the top of the battery to secure it to the tray. He just left it dangling loose on top of the battery. I was able to have a friend fasten it in place with a little ingenuity and two spacers, so it’s not as if it was impossible to do, but what really sucked was the guy that did the job said nothing about it after he accepted a pretty generous tip !! Real professional service huh ?? 👎🏼

Amazing customer service! I went in to get a headlight replacement and asked if I could pay for some help with installation. Russell said, no you can't pay me but I'd be happy to see if I can help once the other customers are taken care of. Within 5 minutes he was outside in the rain helping me swap the headlight. As we were working on it, a second employee, Riley the manager, walked up and offered his help as well. A few minutes later they had both of my headlights swapped out and working. I offered them both $20 and they looked at me like that was crazy, as if it was too much to compensate them for doing something that wasn't their job at all. Had I taken my car to Subaru, I would have easily paid double that for labor and probably a high markup on the parts as well and a 3 hour adventure... This isn't the first time I've visited this particular store for parts and it wasn't the first time I received this kind of service either. They always seem willing to help as long as it doesn't prevent them from providing exemplary customer service to their other customers. Thank you so much for making it quick and easy for me to keep my car in order!

What should have take a couple hours to do turned into an all day process to do my brakes because I had to return to this store twice to return brake Calipers that were the wrong ones. Make sure you deal with a competent person when you go there.

Do you remember checker auto parts? Do you remember Schuck's auto parts? It has changed hands many times but they always have some of the best parts and the best people that I've seen in the auto parts industry. Yes, you can find parts like these online for less money sometimes. But I've found Better to keep my money local. It's easier to do returns and I get to enjoy talking with the people there. They're always friendly and nice. Some of them know exactly what they're talking about. And some of them are in training and sometimes people don't understand these days that we are trying to train people that are just not very smart......... Trust me, I'm a business owner and it hasn't been very easy for the last 5 years.

Called in and spoke with Jesse, What an amazing guy. All I was after was a drain plug for the car and he went above and beyond over the phone to get me the part number and ensure that they have one in stock. Upon arrival at the store he met me with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I told him I was after a drain plug and he rattled off the part number from the top of his head. Not only did he remember our conversation, he remembered exactly what I needed. He walked us to the exact area to look and hand picked the part off the shelf. Nobody walks you to the parts anymore, but he was happy to assist every step of the process. While checking out he was so polite and caring to my four year old daughter and this was EASILY the best parts store experience I've ever had. O'Reilly should be proud to have such a great employee working for them. With such knowledge and experience. I hope you see this Jesse. Know in your heart you made my day.

Always as helpful as they can be even if they don't have what I'm looking. They'll help you find even if it's not at their store. I appreciate that!

Edit with response to owner: No thank you. Hillbilly Jerry Springer auto parts stores are not for me. Incredibly disappointed with this location. Not once have I ever been greated. Did an online order because I had a coupon and the associates never know how to process them. Received a diesel item when I ordered a gasoline item. Went to go exchange and a woman was screaming on her phone(while helping a customer) that her son was grounded. Another woman was also talking on her cellphone, not helping anyone. A nice gentleman came out to assist me,and the woman with the grounded son goes "who in the hell would grab the wrong product like that? Let's find out!" I truly hope they just close this location and persevere what they can of the brand before these people destroy it any further.

They do a good job of finding the part that you need based on what you tell them. And it seems more than often, they have what you need in stock. Their pricing is very competitive as well.

A lady senior citizen friend pulled in with a bad alternator, called me, and had this store call their favorite mobile mechanic who works with them often. I showed up, and he started the job without even asking if he could, then handed her a $480 bill for one hour's work! He said he charges over $200 per hour. So, beware. Get any prices in writing before any work starts and do not pay one penny more. This customer got ripped off. I witnessed the entire event. I asked the manager to make things right. He said he couldn't. I asked him to have the mechanic call me. He didn't. We're not happy.

Ok, different town, different state. The battery I bought in April of this year was not starting my truck. I took it to the O'Reilly's in Medford Oregon ( near the south Walmart) and explained my problem. They pulled up the sale on their system and was able to see that I indeed purchased the battery at a store near Dallas TX. While the young lady was looking me up, a guy was busy testing it and it was indeed dead. He pulled it out, put it on the charger (which only took 30 minutes to get a full charge), and put it back in my truck. He retested it along with testing the alternator and the starter. He said everything was good. I went in to square up with them and they said no change. I was floored. That was a lot of work for no charge. I thanked them and drove home, a very satisfied customer. I must say, the staff were all very professional and knowledgeable. At the same time they were very cheerful and helpful, even offering to bring me a chair to sit on while I waited. As a disabled veteran, I appreciated that kind gesture more than my words can convey. Thank you all so much.

The staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts consistently demonstrates a high level of professional expertise, ensuring that every customer receives the precise components and technical advice required for their vehicle maintenance. The store environment is remarkably organized and efficient, which allows for a swift transition from the counter back to the garage for those managing tight repair schedules. I recommend this specific location for its reliable inventory and the composed, helpful attitude maintained by the team even during peak hours.
