★☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience at this dealership. Sales person that I dealt with used deceptive marketing ways. I have to drive an hour to get to this dealership to be surprised that what we agreed on on phone wasn't accurate. They were asking for "markup" when all other Honda dealerships around didn't ask for any. I bought a Honda car from nearby dealership 2 hrs after I entered their place. Day and night difference between them.

★★★★★ My 2017 CR-V needed its first oil change. I called the service department at Lithia Honda and they were able to get me in the same day I called which was very convenient for me. When I arrived Josh quickly got me checked in and explained what was needed for my first service. I could have gotten a shuttle ride home or to another destination but I chose to wait. Josh estimated it would take an hour and it was very close. They gave me the complimentary car wash and I was very happy to drive away in my clean CR-V!! Thanks Josh and the mechanics at Lithia Honda!
