I got rear ended in my truck. State farm recommended chicos for the repairs. The work done is not great. The bumper is not straight, it was bent on one end. And the orange peel of the paint is way off of factory. Above that, they left significant damage on the rear of the truck and did not work with me or state farm to correct this. Also, and this is extremely important. They stole a pixel watch out of my truck while they had it. This is just as low as you can get as a business/repair technician. To sum everything up. They did bad work, didn't fix everything that was damaged. And stole property. I would never recommend this repair shop for anything.

Chico’s Body Shop did a smash-up job of repairing all the damage caused by Mr. Deer. It looks better than it did before the crash. They even detailed the interior and polished my sidewalls. Five stars, and State Farm was great too.

After being treated by a unnamed other body shop in medford like my business was unimportant, I am so greatful to have found Chico’s! I will never go anywhere else! I figured I would check in on my vehicle repair progress that I had dropped off for a large repair, it had only been a week but It was my work truck, and I just assumed it would be like my many other experinces at ofher shops where the squeaky wheel gets the grease so basically I just assumed I’d have to stay on them to keep it a priority. When i went to check on the truck, not only was the repair already complete, the repair looked 100% flawless and the truck was in line to be detailed. Highly recomomended A+ +

My purpose in writing is to recognize the STELLAR repair work on my 2005 Chevy Silverado Z71. Over the past 2-3 years, I have had damage to the crew cab and bed on my Z71 from two different incidents. While not structural problems, they were more than a “nuisance” and I toyed with idea of getting the damage professional repaired. I obtained four estimates from reputable shops in north Texas, but all recommended replacing the panels on both sides of the bed, which would be cost prohibitive because of the truck’s age and supply chain delays and expenses. While discussing the issue with Martin at Tops Auto Trim (which I’ve used and trusted for several years), he mentioned an associate that owns a smaller body repair shop in Farmersville, TX: Chico’s Collision Repair. I contacted Junior, the owner of Chico’s, and obtained very reasonable cost and repair time estimates. I dropped my Z71 off late morning on Monday and picked it up that Friday, as promised: Body work completed and repainted as promised, at the estimated cost! I COULD NOT be happier with the workmanship and attention to detail at Chico’s. Junior’s team set about preparing the damaged sites and effecting repairs before I left the shop on Monday and completed the jobs on time, and at the stated estimated cost … which was at least 50% less that the other lowest bid! Chico’s has my highest, unqualified recommendation for auto/truck body work. They are clearly a cut above their competition!

Better than expected. For a back door replacement, painting and bumper replacement, I was hoping to have my van out of service for just 3 days. I understand this may not be possible at times, but Chicos found a way to make it happen for me. The workmanship looks very good. And getting a cleaned vehicle back was a pleasant unexpected surprise. They were glad to answer any questions. This work was on a Ford Transit van. The photo attached was taken a few years ago, just to show what vehicle I brought in for repair.

I hit a coyote while on my way to the military base in Salem. When I got home, I dropped my car off at chicos Auto Collision, and they did an amazing job repairing my car! They were also kind lending me a longer truck so I wouldn't have to walk to work. Not only that, they detailed my car in the end, and now it feels brand new :)

10 STAR review for Chico’s Auto Body! The entire process was smooth, professional and easy. I made an appointment online for the next day but changed my mind; I called them and got an appointment the same day. Juan was on the spot with a quick, thorough estimate. He is great to work with and explained everything thoroughly. He said I could bring it in the next day and that it would be ready in less than two weeks. They finished days earlier than promised. They kept me up to date on throughout the process, via text, which I really appreciated. Shannon was also super helpful and courteous. I could tell they were going to do a great job and they came through. Like other reviewers mentioned, our truck was cleaned & detailed, and looking like new when we got it back - what a bonus! Businesses like this one are hard to come by these days. Chico’s has great employees, quality service and is a business that strives to do a superior job. There cannot be a better place to take your vehicle for repair in the valley. I checked out a couple other repair shops including Lithia which treated me like a number, seeming to care less if I brought our vehicle there or not. And the Lithia rep told me I’d be lucky if I had my truck back in a month at best. GO TO CHICO’S you won’t be disappointed. :)

After having the worst experience at Classic Collision/New Stage Auto I went to Chico's. They did far more than Classic Collision even quoted for. My car was keyed across the entire passenger side and the roof was dented from someone jumping up and down on it. Chico's painted all panels of the entire passenger side, fixing blemishes and additional dents, they repaired the dents in the roof and painted the side panels to match. Additionally they detailed the interior and wheels. The car didn't even look this good when I bought it! Hats off to Chico's! I will be back!

I hit a semi tire on 9/28 and brought my car in after getting back into town on 10/1. From the very beginning, the team here went above and beyond. My insurance gave me an estimated completion date of 10/17, but the shop had my car finished by the 8th — over a week early! They did an incredible job with the repairs, and when one small part hadn’t arrived in time, they ordered it immediately and had it installed by the next day. I stopped by after work on the 10th, and they had it replaced within 30 minutes. What really impressed me was the care and attention to detail — they even detailed and shined the interior before I picked it up, and the car looked as good as it did the day I bought it. They even went out of their way to fix my mangled license plate and cover that I thought was for sure going to have to be replaced.

I recently brought my 2024 Toyota Tacoma to Chico’s Auto Collision after my passenger-side mirror (with sensors) broke and the passenger door was dented and scratched. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday morning and got it back today—incredibly fast turnaround! The quality of their work is outstanding. The mirror and sensors were repaired perfectly, the dents and scratches on the door are completely gone, and my truck looks brand new again. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. I’m so impressed with the service and the results.
