They told my wife she needed new differential oil. After the work was done the rear differential leaked. I checked it myself and found out they had forgotten to tighten the top fill nut. It was backed out about 1/16". I could write this off as a stupid error but two years ago they changed the oil in my wifes car and filled it to overflowing. When a new rear differential costs thousands of dollars: Don't trust John's.

I am so disappointed in this place. I brought my car in years ago and they did so good with it, so when my son's truck broke down I recommended them. What a mistake! We had it towed there and they replaced the crank sensor (which they also replaced a few years before) and then wanted $800 to take it a part and see what was wrong with it. We could not afford that so we went to have it towed elsewhere and found they had torn off one of the inside door panels. Why? Good question. They were unprofessional, lazy, and slow. It took them a week...for nothing. Oh and btw...when I took it to another mechanic they said the sensor John's replaced did not look new and was not plugged in all the way.

First, I want to thank the staff at Johns Auto Care for taking time to educate me, diagnose, and fix the problems with my Mazda. The staff were honest and provided excellent customer service. In comparison, I received other bids on the work needed and John’s Autocare was considerably more affordable. My car is running great and I’m so happy and thankful my friends referred me to go to them. I have trust in them and their quality of work. Like so many others, I have been coming to John's Auto Care for many years. They are friendly, fast, and always willing to go the extra step to make sure all of my concerns and questions are answered. I go to them mostly for oil changes, but if a bigger issue arises they make sure to fix it or send me to someone who can. I trust them. I've never been disappointed.

They misdiagnosed our car, charged $1400 for an unnecessary repair, said that repair was the only thing urgent, then took no responsibility whatsoever when the car broke down 2 weeks later. They can’t tell the difference between a slipping clutch and a destroyed transmission. Worst shop I’ve ever wasted time or money on. Completely incompetent. Completely irresponsible. These are the exact people who give mechanics a bad reputation. They will lie to make easy money and take advantage of whoever they can. I can’t stress enough how badly they screwed us over.

I don't have proof but I think they killed my car and blamed it on me. Horrible customer service. They got grease all over the place and the new pink steering wheel cover. And when I sold the car they had it in pieces and couldn't even bother to come out and talk to the new owners about it. Absolutely rude and I am so devastated that my perfectly good car was murdered. 😥

This place is great! They have been super honest with me. I've been to several auto shops that take advantage of someone who doesn't know much about cars. Not here. It has been our family's Auto Repair Shop for our parents, ourselves, and our three adult children--three generations of satisfied and happy clients! One of their techs took 4 months to do an engine swap, messed it up and the engine blew shortly thereafter. They disassembled the engine after it was acquired. The warranty on the engine was less than the time it took the tech to put it in (3 MONTHS) The tech has since stopped answering my calls. Screwed me over and offered no solutions. $2k down the drain.

They are honest and fair on the work they do and what they charge. They are across from the Medford airport. Bought a used truck and took it in for a check and maintenance before the weather changes. I knew there were issues with the truck when l bought it but they were very fair on what they did and charged. I take my other vehicles there and have for years.

John's Auto Care offers the best BMW service in the Rogue Valley, especially after the BWM warranty period has expired. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and I am confident that they perform only the work that is required. Yes, they recommend preventative maintenance, but they do not do "unnecessary" work that sometimes dealers pile onto one's car. I highly recommend John's Auto, especially for non-US cars.
