If you’ve got a car issue in the Medford area, take it to Keith Schulz and you will not be disappointed in the high-level of efficiency, transparency and quality work that they provide. Leo and his team saved me a whole lot of hassle!! Here’s why I sing their praises: On the way back from a road-trip, the brake in my Toyota 4Runner became very spongey; essentially I had no braking power until my foot was right against the floor. Well, I had no clue what the cause could be or how it could be fixed. What I did know is that I had to be back to Wenatchee, WA by Sunday and I only had Friday to get it fixed before all the mechanics shops closed for the weekend. Boy am I glad I chose Keith Schulz Garage! From the moment I walked into their office, Leo and the rest of his staff showed kindness and professionalism at ever turn. I spoke with Leo briefly about the issue and he remembered me from the call I had made earlier that morning, demonstrating great care in listening to their customers. He let me know very transparently that to determine the cause of the issue would be $150 for an hour inspection, but only $75 if it took 30min to diagnose. I really appreciated this because usually mechanics don’t explicitly say how much a diagnosis will cost and won’t want to lower the price if they can help it. Leo made it clear their garage was different and that he would talk with me before arranging any work that would bring the price above $150. However, not knowing the source of the issue, he wasn’t sure how much it might cost or if it could be fixed that day. Being from out-of-town, I didn’t have anywhere to stay while I was waiting for the repairs and was worried I’d have to pay for a hotel if the issue couldn’t be resolved till Monday. Fortunately, Keith Schulz Garage has a very comfortable, air-conditioned waiting room, which I was incredibly grateful for in the summer heat! Before too long, Leo came into the waiting room and explained to me specifically what they found had gone wrong. He even had the old metal brake line that had snapped right there to show me! Again, simply above and beyond excellent customer service and care. Leo also let me know they were getting the parts ordered right away so that they could get the repair done as soon as possible (they knew I was on a time crunch) and gave me a reasonable quote on how much it would cost. Only an hour or two later and Leo came back in again telling me my 4Runner was fully ready to drive with the brake line replaced, brakes bled and brake fluid refilled. I couldn’t believe my ears! Just that morning I was getting ready to spend the weekend in a hotel and be a couple days late returning to work in Wenatchee. Now I was told I could be on the road again that instant!! The cherry on top was that since the technicians didn’t have to spend as long as they thought making the repairs, Leo dropped the price he quoted me earlier by ~30% - I was over the moon! Next time your vehicle needs repairs, don’t hesitate to take it over to the Keith Schulz Garage, they’ll save you a whole lot of time, money and make the experience as smooth as it can possibly be for you.

Prices are very fair and they haven't made the process longer to charge me more. Although they are busy they seem to recognize me when I walk in even though I am only in a few times a year.
