I found this shop on google a few months back after loosing $800 on my 7.3 powerstroke to another shop. J&S came out on the weekend and fixed my issue. He ran Out of time that day and came all the way back out to Ashland again to finish. The truck ran perfect after that. Since then he has done multiple repairs on all my powerstrokes and on my Chevy k5. Last weekend I took my K5 into another shop for them to look at it and they wanted to charge me $561 to replace what they thought was the problem. J&S came out today and fixed it for $145. Turned out the other shop was looking at the wrong problem or should say wasn’t looking? If you want honest prices and honest solutions this is your best choice. Thanks for all your Help

We had brake trouble on a Saturday evening down in Bishop, CA. Made it to Medford, OR on Sunday and called J&S for their 24 hour service - great decision. He replaced our rotars and brake pads for a good price in only 20 minutes. Brakes work and sound great now. Will update when we reach Seattle, WA. Update: 2 months later, brakes are still doing great!

Just want to give a shout out to the mobile mechanic that saved my butt I was struggling to get the alternator done in my son's car and kept breaking stuff I Googled mobile mechanics near me and John popped up I gave him a call they weren't even in the state he showed up in a timely manner and replaced the alternator for me at a really fair price I would highly recommend John Beeler Mobile Mechanic for any of your mechanic needs I really appreciate you guys coming out and I will be using you again

DO NOT USE HIM PLEASE! Terrible service!! I made an appointment a week in advance. The day before the appointment I reached out to John to see what time he would be over. He open my text and ignored me. On the day of the appointment he never showed up and continued to ghost me. Would give 0 stars if I could! Very unprofessional

John took my vehicle and after 8 months of little progress on what should have been a simple suspension and tune up I got my vehicle back. I dont beleive john is using the address listed on jackson. Without notifying me john had taken my vehicle to his residence and that was where I finally picked it up. John claimed he had removed the suspension yet upon further inspection it was clear that the suspension had never been removed. If you use john for your mechanic work understand that he will give you excuse after excuse for why things are not done with no real change in behavior. To resolve the issues with the suspension it was agreed I would receive a deposit half of which I have not gotten and john will not respond. Stay away from this lousy excuse for a business man and take your vehicle else ware.

Had an appointment scheduled for Sunday the 13th at 12, and after 45 minutes of a no call, no show, I decided to contact them and ask where they were. I was told they were behind on other appointments and then was asked to move my appointment to another day. I said yes, and scheduled it for the next day at 2:45. Again, after 45 minutes of no show, no call, I contacted to see where they were. I was told they had just gotten the part and were in Grants Pass(40 minutes from where I am). Then after another hour of hearing nothing, I was done and said this was ridiculous business. I told them to either get here now and fix what you said you would fix, or I would be taking my business elsewhere. Again, I was asked to move my appointment. I said no and decided to move on. Do not seek help from this people. They obviously don’t care if your car will get fixed or not, even after you set up an appointment and they agreed upon it. Don’t waste your time.

My wife and I were in our motor home traveling through Oregon on our way home when we had a mechanical failure that caused the bus to overheat. This happened on a Sunday so we knew we were going to have some issues with finding a shop that was open and really did not want to go through a tow hassle if we could help it. After a little searching for a mobile mechanic that worked on diesel engines we can across J & S Mobile Automotive Repair. We gave the number a call and John, the owner, answered immediately. Without any immediate expectation of paid work on his part John started helping with troubleshooting remotely over the phone. After a few checks he had me walk next door to the Shell fuel station that also had mechanic's bays and had me speak with the lead mechanic there who he called by name. After a brief conversation with him the mechanic at the station provided me with several partially used quart's of automatic transmission fluid so I could fill up the hydraulic tanks just in case they were low. The mechanic at the station didn't charge anything and enthusiastically asked me to say HI to John. After determining that the hydraulic fluid levels were not the issue and identifying that the fan was not working to pull airflow through the radiator we agreed to do short hops up to where John diagnose and work on the bus locally (for him) which was 21 miles back the way we had come from. We arrive after dark and a few hours to get 21 miles without damaging anything and John was texting with us on a regular basis and was there when we arrived and directed us where to park in the Moose Lodge parking lot where he is both a member and a neighbor. He got under almost immediately and determined that the likeliest issue was that the hydraulic fan motor had gone out after holding a stethoscope up to the motor and listening as I started up the motor once and having already ruled out the pump as the culprit since other hydraulic functions were normal. It took us three days to find a replacement part during which John was also considering possible alternative options in case the year and model of our bus was too old to find a suitable directly replacement part. I ended up finding a new part that would fit right into the spot and had it delivered the next day by 11:30 AM from Michigan. John has us back on the road in a few hours after that. In addition to his knowledge of the diesel engine and hydraulic system which we could easily gather from his quick directions over the phone after we initially connected with him and was reinforced after several conversations and hands on time, he and his wife also offered up a personal vehicle in case we needed to run into town for groceries or other incidentals while we waited. Every person we spoke with knew John immediately and had nothing but good things to say about him as a person as well as his skills as a mechanic and I will enthusiastically be one of those people raving about his friendliness and skills. You can't go wrong with John!

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY Using this company was a joke, I called and scheduled an appointment to have a vehicle looked at, and nobody showed up for the appointment, when I got ahold of them, he said he never got the address, but he also never bothered to call and ask for the address. He then told me he would come that same day but would be a couple of hours and said he would call before coming so that I could be ready. I never got a call and he never showed up. I text him, and he read the text, but never sent a response, and never returned any of my calls.

Left my car on jack with tire under car so if it fell it would be supported. That was 3 days ago.. said he would return in the morning and never showed up. Wont return my calls or my texts..left me completely stranded!! I wouldnt let this guy fix my lawn mower..... BEWARE!!!

This company is the best.......and a life saver. While towing our 17,000 pound 5th wheel RV we ended up on an uphill on the I5 in a remote area of southern Oregon with the truck engine overheating to the point that the unit could not move. After trying to secure help for over two hours we finally connected to John. This was late Saturday afternoon and it was pouring rain. John and Becca got to us in 20 minutes. John quickly and accurately determined that the fan clutch had failed. They sourced the closest replacement 90 miles away. They drove to the supplier and as soon as they returned John flew at the re and re of the clutch. Two hours later, in the pouring rain, the job was completed. Was it cheap? No, but a lot less expensive than two tow trucks and an unknown number of nights/days in a motel waiting for a dealer to do the repair. John and Becca get top marks from us. The truck is working perfectly. The best part is the stress relief.

I ventured 3000 miles from home; coming through checkpoint with newly acquired motorhome when the 1999 Pace Arrow decided to run through cam sensor and Distributor while coming down the Mountain. 3 Day ordeal due to weekend parts availability and the weather. Home boy was very professional, polite, and even took me to a Hotel 30 miles away so I could get a good nights sleep while waiting for parts to arrive. I don't think I could have survived without him due to my CHF, and 8000 + ft elevation. Thanks Bro...I will never forget you. I swear to God on my Momma. Stop playing with me.

Don’t pay attention to the reviews from a year ago. This is a newly acquired company! John is amazing! He came to our rescue when our motorhome had smoke entering our cab. It was scary and it’s a good thing we pulled over or it would have been way worse. We were on our way home and he went above and beyond to get us back on the road and home before we missed our commitments! Would absolutely recommend this honest and kind company! Thank you John!
