Best mechanic you will find! The shop owner is very kind and isn't in it for the money. He has done exaust work, fuel pump and ECM as well as other miscellaneous things. I dont trust any other shop with the keys to my truck. I have brought this truck to the shop multiple times and Frank exceeds my expectations every time. He has fixed what other shops messed up on. Not once have I had to pick my truck up and be dissapointed with the work done on it.

I had an appointment via Lifesafer scheduled for today. I had flown back into the state a few days ago to be available for the install. However, Extreme Auto called me and told me my appointment was being moved by almost two weeks (later), blaming the Lifesafer website for the scheduling error. When I spoke with Extreme Auto in the phone they told me directly that they would need a 4-hour block because I had a hybrid and it would therefore required more time. Again, to be clear, the make and model of the car was clearly communicated and used by them as part of the justification for the move. As I had no other option I reluctantly agreed. Now, today I received another phone call from Lifesafer saying that Extreme Auto has now decided they no longer do installs on hybrids and have cancelled my appointment outright, stating, “We don’t do hybrids.” These people are liars and either scammers or completely incompetent. The lack of professionalism and deceit is astounding. They’ve wasted my time and my money. Do not give them your service. ————————- … Even the below Extreme Auto response to my post is a lie. We spoke at length on the phone about my car being a hybrid. And Lie #2, I’m not on food stamps and pay in cash. And you think by writing “DUI,” what that you’ll intimidate me? Shame me? Make me take down my post? Hahaha! This company is laughable. They are dishonest. And they clearly refuse to take ownership and personal responsibility of their words and actions. Take your vehicle services elsewhere!

I would not take my car here if they were giving services away for free. both the secretary and the mechanic are so far out of touch with reality, they probably believe they're doing a good job. I have never felt more discriminated against in my entire life. I had an appointment scheduled for a disconnect, the appointment time was 8:30. I had to call lifesaver to get a one-time code to start my vehicle to take it to the shop. I was parked on the curb right outside of the shop. I needed the code to get from the curb to where they work on vehicles. apparently extreme Auto doesn't show half an hour time slots on the calendar so when the lifesaver agent looked for the appointment times, she saw 9:00 a.m. due to the primitive technology extreme Auto is using. it's either primitive or they are not intelligent enough to keep up with the times. the lifesaver agent gave me the one time start code at 8:30 because they said my appointment wasn't until 9:00 I repeatedly told them that they were wrong they told me I was wrong they gave me the code at 8:30 I drove it from the curb to the garage merely 200 ft and they told me that I was too late. I asked the lady why she didn't just come out and talk to me as we had made direct eye contact when she drove in, she said she didn't see me. That's very hard to believe. I called them to reschedule and also to confront them for their behavior, I reported that they had been rude and discriminated against me she said I have never been rude and then hung up on me. Case and point, the defense rests. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all costs unless you're middle-aged, white and driving a Corvette!!!
