I had come to this location a few years ago and gave a 5 star review when it was operated under a different name. Now as Master Collision, it provided another great experience. I paid without involving insurance this time, so the quote was important. Pernell and Liz were great to work with, very friendly. The quote was slightly higher than another local shop, but this quote included recalibrating the electronic safety features after reassembling the parts. Pernell also gave me confidence that this process would be done properly. When the car was ready for pick up, I was able to leave my Enterprise rental car (from Lake St) at Master Collision. Very convenient.
Oh, and when I picked up my car, the interior was freshly cleaned!

Getting a car repaired is never a satisfying experience, in my opinion. As a woman there is often a disconnect between service and trust at a body shop. Brie and the rest of the team at Master collision in South Minneapolis completely changed my opinion of a body shop. I would send anyone there, knowing that they would get great treatment for great price, with honesty and consideration.

This was by far the easiest repair I have had done from a body shop. My rep bre Rojas was hands down one of the best representatives I have dealt with. She was knowledgeable friendly and went above and beyond as far as her pride in the company she represents and the guidance she provided in the repairs being done. Good employees are hard to find and she is a valuable asset to your organization.

Top notch customer service and communication. They took time to explain everything. They dealt with the insurance company and I was happy to not be involved. I am in shock considering I work in customer service. The lady who answered the phone absolutely disgusted me with how she spoke to a customer on the phone. She was yelling at him and told him to call his insurance and hung up when he asked for her name. I just got my BMW fixed at Raymond auto body… I would recommend going with them if you don’t want to deal with trashy people- I would fire this lady in a heartbeat.
