The shop smells strongly of weed. They messed up the installation of my wife’s remote starter. Several fuses were blown and not changed and her cigarette lighter port no longer has power to it. Their response, oh yeah I thought I may have blown a fuse or two during the install.

Remote starter installed as promised. Works as it should, but wish they'd have setup tach monitoring, it's only one more wire. Sometimes it cranks too long and sometimes doesn't start when it's cold out. The remote start is capable, but they didn't even offer it as an upgrade and is really the right way for a vehicle with a tach.

Misleading pricing. Cost for the bypass module, etc was double the price of the Groupon price we paid - and if you want the better remote starter it is also a lot of additional costs. They were very rude to us. Will never go back to them.

I called them this morning regarding my wife's auto start that they had installed about 4 years ago. It's been a solid auto start until just recently it has an issue with the hood sensor keeping the auto start from working. During the call this morning, I was told to bring it in so they could look at it. Well I drove it up there today, same day, and within about 10 minutes they had it fixed, didn't charge me anything and I was on my way. The guy also shared with me that the issue it was having was a rare occurrence. Since I'm pretty technical and have fixed issues with the auto start on my own car, I asked him what was wrong. He told me how I could resolve it if it happened again. This is great since their shop is about 1/2 hour away. This company is awesome!

I recently got my remote installed. The staff is very helpful with all the process. The next day after getting my remote installed, it felt like 1/6 time that my car would start. My remote, shows that my car is unlocked. I tried to lock the car from the remote, but it doesn't seem to work. I rushed to my car and noticed that it was locked. I am still having a problem with getting my car started. Not sure what could be the cost. Sometimes it would work 2 times in a row and sometimes it would work once in a while

Awesome staff!! Very direct on the car stereo install- No BS. Very prompt service as well. The install was same day service. I was very impressed on the stereo and speaker choices they made for my vehicle. Being in the neighborhood was also a factor in my decision. I'm looking forward to go through these guys with any future installs. Had another recent visit as of Sept 2025. Great install with additional amp, speaker and updated remote starter. Very professional install and experienced workmanship.

I definitely would give more than a 5 star rating for these guys. I made a last minute appointment with them this morning for a remote start install. They are way keeper than the original company I was going to go with. I get there and let them do there work and with within 35 to 40 minutes later, I’m back out the door heading to work. I drove approximately 45 When I walked in the female employee greeted me and asked if she could help. I replied that I had perhaps spoken to her about the issue on the phone. I needed the remotes for starting my vehicle reprogrammed because I had changed my battery and it wiped everything. The employee came outside and jumped in my vehicle and reprogrammed everything within 3 minutes. I was asking her what I owed her as she was walking inside and she turned around and replied “ Nothing “; with a smile and she added “ Happy Holidays “. I replied with a”Thank you very much and Happy Holidays too! “ I didn’t get her name but I’m sure she’ll find this review. Thank you so much. You are exactly the kind of person/business that we need in this city.
