Worst experience of my life. Took my truck in for grinding noise. Recommended rear breaks rotors, an multiple other things. Had brakes done. Didn't change grinding noise. Brought it brake to can't replicate noise. HOW? Took elsewhere to be told ebrakes were corroded. An rotors pushed over them was the noise. So do a job see the issue. Ignore it? That how u make money? SHAME ON YOU TIRES PLUS.. Unwilling to correct any part of it because real mechanics fixed it Not them. Wow. Nothing else on 2 full page of recommended repairs. Was proven by 2nd mechanic. Plus a reconditioned part was faulty...Shady.

I had a Sunday morning appointment for a flat fix on a very busy day. Isaac and the team here were still able to get it done in a couple hours, which was great because I really needed a usable vehicle for work on Monday. Thank you!

My daughter and my 2.5 year old granddaughter were at childrens hospital , when they left they discovered they had a flat tire . they put on the spare and drove to this location to get the tire repaired , 49 dollars later they left with a " repaired tire " that lasted 24 miles before going flat ... Then the best part ..These hacks didnt torque the lug nuts , the pounded them home with an impact wrench so tight noone could get them off ... They broke the lug wrench trying and had to call a service truck out to service them .. Total hacks , If they are not torqueing your wheel lugs what else are they hacking .. DO Not go here UPdate , the lug nuts were so tight they had to have it towed to a shop and they couldnt get them off , they had to break them off ... total hacks

Edit: Bit of a late update, but I realized they lost two of my lugnuts and just replaced them with some random rusty ones they had on hand. Just feels unprofessional. Fast service (same day) with less run-around than Discount Tire has given me in the past and super friendly staff! Much appreciated!

I appreciate the team getting me in to their schedule on short notice for extensive service to my car. They were extremely busy and obviously short staffed. You could tell their manager was doing everything he could to service everyone who walked in the door/called. While I ended up waiting for an extensive period of time, I think the team at this location did their very best under the circumstances. Note to self and anyone else who prolonged prepping their car for winter - don’t take it out on anyone but yourself. Bring and book and some snacks if you’re going to wait, or arrange to pick it up later. This was a lesson for me to do better next time around and not wait until the middle of winter to get my car taken care of. Thank you guys again 🙏🏼

I brought my vehicle in because of a strange idle in August. They did a full inspection and told me nothing was wrong. 2 weeks ago, I brought it in for a check engine light. I was told they would have it dive in 2 days. 2 days became 4. Then 2 weeks. (They didn't even give me an update for a week). Yesterday, they told me that they had done all of this work, but couldn't fix it. I still had to pay over $1,600 to get them to release my car. It didn't make it out of the parking lot. It sounded like a tractor and died. They left me hanging outside with my car hanging out into Lake Street for an hour and didn't offer to help me push it, until the tow truck driver came. They also managed to scrape and put a deep scratch and dent into my passenger door and front quarter panel. Now, I need another $5,000 in repairs and the new shop says that they did all of the work for nothing and basically broke my working vehicle.

Edit: the tire started leaking air just days after the fix. When I called they essentially told me I’m out of luck. They could take a look, but didn’t believe this was an issue in their end. Took it to a Discount Tires (where u should of gone from the beginning) and they told me the repair was very improperly done and I needed to replace the tire. Will not return and do not recommend. This $50 job (Free at Discount Tires) turned into a $250 job. Quick service. Had a nail in my tire and they took care of it quickly. Kind staff.

There are no stars for this place. I brought my car in at the end of June and they did a full inspection and they said that I had nothing to worry about. 2 months later, my engine light came on. I brought it back and they recommended some repairs. They said it would take 2 days. 2 days turned into 4 days. Then it was a full 2 weeks. When I returned to get my car, the "repairs" they recommended, cost $1, 600 dollars plus and the car was undriveable. After paying for repairs that my car didn't need, my car made it half way out of the parking lot and stalled in the middle of Lake Street. I needed to get it towed to a professional shop that can do engine repairs. Additionally, there was a fresh huge scratch and dent across my front quarter panel and passenger door. I contacted corporate to complain. Corporate reported that the mechanics said that I specifically requested all of the repairs against their advice and will not do anything to refund my money. Bottom line: I brought a running car out, after 2 weeks I left with a car that couldn't make it a block and now needs a new engine for $5,000. They are looking to take advantage of people. STAY AWAY!!!

I went in with a slashed tire and couldn't pay for a new one for my jaguar last minute. The service manager Dustin was a huge help in assisting me with my spare. I will be back soon for a full set A.S.A.P. I highly recommend this tire plus because of their service...

The suave queer-coded employee who helped me was kind and enchanting. They will bribe you with a 10$ discount to make a five star review, but they really just ask if you are going to do it, you don’t have to do it. I’m doing it because I called late in the day needing my tires balanced before close and they were able to do it and I really appreciate that.

I brought my vehicle in for service and the store manager Jonathan attended to me. He was very professional and provided great customer service. My car was done in a timely manner. Jonathan made it a smooth process & made sure my car was in great shape by recommending additional things I needed done that I didn’t know of. I had bad experiences going elsewhere when my car needed service. I will definitely come back with all my vehicle service needs. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this location & ask for Jonathan the store manager.

I have been visiting Tire Plus for about three years for oil changes and various car-related concerns. The staff is friendly and professional, and Jonathan has been assisting me. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism and offered excellent customer service along with valuable recommendations on where to start. If you're in need of a Spanish-speaking staff member, I highly recommend Jonathan.

Tires Plus helped me get me my oil changed and found a discount for me. Jonathan also explained some repairs they recommended and also the difference between the oils so I could make a more informed decision. Appreciate it!

Don't go here took my car in for a simple repair on my tire which they said they fixed but didn't fix when they said they did after having brought it in twice within a week took it to Longfellow automotive instead and within 30 minutes Longfellow automotive actually fixed my issue. And charged me significantly less then what this tires plus did. This tires plus doesn't care about its customer all they care about is trying to upsell you on anything and everything when they do their so called inspection that's free they make up things they want you to do to your car when those things actually don't need to be done at all.

!DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Jonathan, the store manager, was extremely rude. The original quote was $1,100 for two services, but they only replaced one part and still had both charges on the bill until I questioned it. When I asked how they diagnosed the issue, the explanation kept changing from a hose spraying fluid to a small drip. I mentioned that I work on cars and the diagnosis didn’t make sense, and Jonathan responded, “If you know how to work on cars, why didn’t you do it yourself?” which was very dismissive. After he finally showed me the itemized bill, the total dropped from $1,100 to about $700. This made me question the honesty of their pricing and diagnosis.

Got my car done here with the help of Jonathan. It’s rare finding a mechanic who cares but even rarer to find one who excels. Jonathan is both and would highly recommend getting parts done here if interested!

We came here for new tires. While the manager seemed helpful, the technician we dealt with directly was one of the worst communicators I have ever experienced. We let both know we had to have the car back in the following morning to drive home (4 hours away). The car was left at the shop at 11am on Saturday and we were told we could pick it up at 8am Sunday. Late Saturday, the manager called and said it would likely be closer to 11am. So, we called at 11am and were told "a few more hours". We called again at 2pm and were told it still wasn't done and they close at 4pm. We arrived at the shop at 3:30 and NO PROGRESS had been made all day. Bolts had been removed and not replaced. No new tires. Bolt caps were missing. We were told to go ahead and drive with the car WITHOUT BOLTS (and without new tires). Seriously? We came here with the intention of having them install new 8 new tires (2 cars - one now, one later). Instead, we were given an invoice for removal of bolts and got NOTHING more (not even an apology for the complete waste of time and lack of communication).

Isaac is the GOAT. I brought my Rubicon in for new tires because he was confident he could get the locking lug nuts off (missing key). He even persuaded me to come a week early- good salesman. He was off during drop off and they couldn’t get the lug nuts off. I agreed to leave the Jeep with them overnight. Isaac worked the next day and got the lugs off right away! Upon pick up, Isaac was holding down the fort and the store was BUSY. HE PROVIDED excellent customer service to everyone there. Thanks!

I was researching online for a full set of new tires and landed on a set from Tires Plus. I went through the online process of getting a quote and then selecting to purchase in store and schedule appointment. Received a call the night before my appointment and was told that they are not accepting appts with you waiting in store and that I could drop off my vehicle at the appointment time, 9:00am, and pick my vehicle up after a couple of hours. I dropped my vehicle off as agreed the next morning and received an “invoice” via email. When I got home I compared my quote from the previous Thursday when making my appointment to the invoice and I realized there was about a $300 difference in price with the invoice being higher. After not hearing from anyone after 7 hrs, 4:00pm, I called to check on the status of my car. I was told it was the next vehicle in line and would be done closer to 6:00pm, when they close. He was going to call me when my car was done. After not hearing back by 5:15pm, I decided to head to the store and wait. When I got there, I discussed the difference between my quote and the invoice they sent me. They had added a warranty charge on the tires, did not give me the instant savings offered online, and a couple of the fees were higher than what was quoted and I was told they just “are what they are”. I told him to remove every service not on the quote and it was still almost $100.00 higher. All that and I didn’t get in my car to leave until 6:30 pm because they were still not done. They turned the lights off behind my exit and locked the door before I got my car started and noticed my Tire Monitor System warning was on in my car. How can you charge for TPMS service and not even actually check it? Even worse, checking it and not making a note or correcting your issue?
