Don't come here, they will keep your car longer than they tell you ...and if you come here please don't leave anything valuable in your car because they stole valuable things from my car and told me that maybe somebody stole your staff while the car was parked outside

Terrible use of public parking. Always finding glass, plastic, and fluids from the parked vehicles in the road, sidewalk and bike lane. Speaking of bike lane, they always park and block traffic when moving vehicles around and at least 3-5 cars are parked so back that they block traffic as well.

I should of knew they were bad when I found their add on Craigslist but i brought my own part and $125 for them to fix my window waited like 2 hours and my window still doesn’t work 🤦🏽♂️ I wouldn’t go back for them to change my chain on a bike

These guys shouldn’t be able to use the street as their junk yard parking lot. Quite often their crashed cars are spread up and down the street for an entire block or greater. The city of Minneapolis needs to clean up eye sores like this and push them out of the city.

They had my vehicle for way to long with out giving me any updates on my vehicle. All I got was lies. They treat you like your rushing them and they will hang the phone up in your face. There custumer service is terrible.👎🏽

They kept my car for 3 days to give me an estimate (which was over priced) once I was told the price I wanted to go elsewhere the owner then charged me $750 to get my car back!!!! said it was storage fee however my car was only there until I got the estimate

I rented a Uhaul from this place and the service was outstanding! The man behind the counter, Omar was professional, friendly and accurate in the information he gave me. He gave me thorough and detailed info about the rental and gas, dropping off etc.... No hidden extra fees or anything like that... from the time I was on the phone making the reservation to the time that I dropped it off he was helpful and had a positive attitude. I was dropping it off and doing the required checklist and I wasn’t even on the 2nd question and he came out and did it for me! It was 8am and I didn’t even know they were open yet. Great service! I will recommend this place to everyone! Thanks so much!

When I read the reviews I was skeptical about bringing my car here but a friend reffered me so I thought I would try it out they did an amazing job fixing the body damage on my vehicle and it looks like it never happened they gave me fair resonable pricing I asked about the reviews and this place was recently sold to a new owner and from my experience hes a respectful knowledgeable guy who knows what hes doing I would definitely bring my vehicle here again

I rented a U-Haul from here and they were very attentive, kind and helpful even when it was pretty busy in the auto care shop. They seem to know how to handle things very swiftly and professionally. The owner Omar was great in following up with me about my reservation as well. Highly recommended!
