Two Fridays in a row, the amazing team at Wuensch bailed me out. Even though I arrived at the shop at 3:30 on a day when they quit at 5, they searched for parts, found them, and had them at the shop in time for the repairs to be done by 4:30! I highly recommend them!

While I was waiting for my car, the owner made disparaging remarks about minorities and insulted me when I didn't know a specific thing about my car. After they were done with the car they said "You know your check engine light is on." I said I know, what does it mean? "Do you want us to check it? We can use the smaller machine because the big one takes 30 minutes." I had been there for 45. They didn't think to check it before I asked them to? What the heck? Not ok, in many ways.

Their ranking is 5 stars but that is still underrated. They should have 6 stars. I'm in the service/repair business myself and usually there's a lack of customer service with shops like this but far from it with them. Very very friendly, very very down-to-earth. Highly recommend.

Went in for a check engine light and they got me in fast, were able to diagnose and fixed the oxygen sensor. I didn’t even have to leave my car overnight. I received excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I have!

They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Bought a car from one of their customers. That have it a green light. Took it to my mechanics. That said I got screwed.. Don't trust them. They were nice to me but not honest. Tim, Jerry, Matt, Billy. Matt was really nice. Tim I think is the owner. Run the other direction.

The guys at Wuensch Automotive are fantastic. I've been going to them for several years and they know how to repair your vehicle and get it right the first time without charging you an arm and a leg for things that you don't necessarily need. If you go in for an oil change they change your oil the oil filter and they don't tell you that you need a whole bunch of other things like your transmission flushed and your differential fluid changed. They're just a great honest shop

Everyone at Wuensch has been fantastic to work with. They are able to squeeze me in for new problems that arise, and I can usually get an oil change the same day I call. They take great care of my van and they follow-up with a phone call after fixing an issue to make sure everything is in working order. Even after moving further away, I will continue to make the drive to Wuensch for all my vehicle needs.

Tim has always done right by me. I don’t go anywhere else to have my car serviced. He will show me exactly what is going on with the car so I can see what is going on with my own eyes. I moved to Shakopee and I still drive my car here for oil changes.

Had always taken my vehicle to big shop dealerships as I was skeptical on other service business (I like comfort & routine was my issue). I got a recommendation from a colleague trying to look for last minute solutions. As a normal customer doing her homework, I has looked at the reviews from the lowest ratings. Most of the reviews I read I've seen was that this place is mean, rude, and/or racist. I can say with comfort that it is not. The people here do treat everyone with respect and every the mechanics are super nice to talk to. Their dog is AMAZINGLY so nice and sweet. Onto my issue, this emergency occasion where my vehicle had died and needed to be looked at, Tim and Walker were very cautionary care about my concerns and addressing issues. Turns out to be minor issues and seems to be resolved in quick turn around time (NICE). I was surprised at how fast I can get into the shop as around this time in MN (December) it is so hard to get a car appointment anywhere. In addition, it is hard to find good and trusting mechanics. Pricing here is reasonable. Would definitely recommend this shop. Use to drive 45 minutes away to get car maintenances done, and now I can get it done less driving time. Thank you Tim and Walker.

Great service! Everyone was very friendly, and the service was fast - I got my car towed same-day and was up and driving the next day. Tim took the time to explain what had happened, and to explain the extra precautionary steps he took to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
