After having a not so great experience at a similar oil change company, I was skeptical but needed somewhere that was flexible with my schedule. 12 minutes in and out. Yet, I felt they were very thorough and didn’t rush. They worked together to be efficient. All while maintaining great customer service. Shout out to Robin and Zachary and the entire team for an excellent service.

Pretty disappointed with my experience here today. I am a regular customer with Valvoline, but today makes it hard to return. Not only was it inefficient (took more than 20 minutes for the car ahead of me and my oil change), but there was next to no communication from the service techs. I had to ask about the oil level, ask about my tire pressure (which they actually never checked or filled seeing as my tire pressure sensor is still on after leaving in which he lied about checking), and wasn't cued in on anything else on my vehicle. Not to mention, the person filling up the oil had oil spraying everywhere into my engine body and had to look at the dipstick multiple times. I'm not as concerned about the latter seeing as it was likely she was newer, but the minimal attention, inspection, and service I normally receive sucks. It leaves me feeling concerned about simple things - did they replace the filter, did they screw the oil cap on tight, were the gaskets replaced and lubricated, did they even use the correct oil? My vehicle is old and I want to believe Valvoline is a reliable spot, but this leaves me feeling frustrated, concerned, and had to pay decent money for the service at the end of the day.

Drive-up service--no appointment needed. Quick and professional. Staff interaction was friendly and informative. The awkward location and surrounding construction doesn't detract from my review. A good, local place.

Longest I've ever waited for an oil change. I saw it would be about an hour on their website for the time/day I went. They had both garages going but only doing one car at a time. Once you're in line, you're trapped too and cannot leave. Wasn't even able to get the oil change because I could not wait any longer. Never going to this one again.

Actual time in the bay was just as they say, 15 minutes or less. Staff were polite and provided me clear direction as to what they needed from me. Valvoline provides online coupons to make them a very competitive competitive. option.

I’d never been to a Valvoline, but was tired of spending hours at a dealership for an oil change and this was close by. I was politely greeted multiple times. I was able to ask clarifying questions and vice versa, so I knew exactly what the process was and how much each service costed. Zach (manager) and the team working on my car completed my oil change, cabin filter replacement, and tire pressure touch up within 20 min (there was one car ahead of me). Zach even helped to diagnose my check engine light. Overall efficient, friendly, reasonably-priced experience.

Overall I experienced several unfortunate (yet small) mishaps that ultimately made me extremely frusterated with the service I recieved. I recently went to get a quick oil change since the online wait time estimated that there was nearly no wait (0-20 minutes) However, I got there to a significant line and ended up waiting over an hour. Not nessicarily a huge issue but still a pain that could have easily been avoided. The workers were very kind, and the oil change itself was quick which I am greatful for. Unfortunately, I noticed an oil leak after I got it changed, coming from the filter. I called valvoine support to ask what i should do about the filter that I purchased and if I needed to return to the same location to have a replacement. I specifically asked if it was nessicary to return to the same location that I originally did, since the line again appeared to be well over an hour of a wait despite the website saying that it had a 0-20 minute wait. She actually SCOFFED at me saying that since it is a holiday, I should expect a wait anyway, comparing my car an issue like waiting in customer service at walmart. I found it extemely tone deaf considering that this issue is based off of a car which I have invested thousands of dollars into, and that if the filter was actually faulty and broke off during driving, it would trash the entire vehicle and leave me in a dangerous situation. This is a CAR. I still asked what I should do and she provided me no answer other than that I have to wait at the original location. On my way to the original valvoline that I went to, i saw another location without a line and thought that it wouldn't hurt to ask them, and yes, they happliy took me in to replace the oil filter. Contrary to what support informed me. They investigated it to their best ability and found that the issue was not with the oil filter itself, but something else they could not identify. I was thankful and was urged to take it to a mechanic to get it diagnosed. The mechanic that looked at it was able to tell me that the issue was the oil filter housing itself being damaged and leaking, causing the "low oil pressure" indicator that brought me into Valvoline in the first place. I fully understand that the damage is not the fault of Valvoline or the workers there, but it makes me extremely frusterated that they would very likely have seen the oil leak, yet chose not to tell me a thing about it. Ultimately, I will need to drain the oil in order to fix this issue, leaving me wasted multiple hours of my time, a loss of 100$ worth of oil service, and a bad taste in my mouth about this all, especially customer service.
