Brought my vehicle in because it had a tire leak. Woman came in 10 minutes later, and they fixed her first. Definitely won't be coming back. Edit: they didn't even fix my tire! It's still leaking. Wasted almost 2 hours for absolutely nothing

They kept my car overnight after assuring me the service would be completed the same day. I had to call and ask just before they closed, I don't think they had any intention of notifying me that they were keeping my car overnight. They removed my tires before they had the new tires to put on and basically said my car was stuck up on the lift waiting for the new tires to be delivered.

Had a great experience working with Richy at this shop. A minor issue came up with my car late Saturday. Not many places are open on Sunday, but Richy got my car in right away and the issue was resolved while I waited. It was a simple fix, but I will definitely return for future repairs. Very refreshing to go a neighborhood shop compared to going to the dealership. Highly recommend!

I’d give zero stars if I could. This place is run by a bunch of lazy, rude, toxic, who clearly don’t want to work. I walked in expecting professional service and instead got met with massive attitudes and zero help. They act like you’re a burden for simply being a customer. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, do not come here. They are slow, dismissive, and don't give a damn about customer service. Plenty of other shops in the area actually want the business—go to one of those instead.

Came in looking for an oil change, tires and alignment. The whole team took great care of me making sure they could help out in any way possible. No appointment was scheduled but they were able to take the car in within 15 minutes after completion of work on another customers vehicle. Was able to get the car back much sooner than expected and all staff were very friendly treating customers as they should be treated.

The service is terrible! I can’t even explain how unprofessional the staff at this particular location is. Here is what happened: I came in with a request to change the brake fluid and replace the brake pad wear sensors. I explained to them that the brake pads had been replaced two days earlier, and that one of the calipers had leaked at that time due to our own mistake. We fixed it, reinstalled the caliper, and it has not leaked since. There were no new signs of fluid leaks. I simply asked them to check if there were any fresh leaks on that caliper. They said okay, and told me they would let me know if they found anything. They also told me that if the caliper was leaking, they would only replace both calipers because “that’s their policy,” which already didn’t make sense. Then they told me they could replace the sensors for $255, when the exact same sensors cost $29 with tax at AutoZone! They calculated their labor at $199.99 and on top of that tried to charge double for the parts. I refused, because I can easily do this myself. I just didn’t expect such an unbelievably inflated price. So after their “inspection,” they told me that the caliper was leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked to show me the leak, so we went to the car. The technician could not show any new leaks — he was pointing at the old stains that were left from two days ago (which I had already told them about). They did not find any fresh leakage — everything they showed me was from the previous repair. To check for fresh leaks, the correct procedure is to clean everything with brake cleaner, blow it with compressed air, then perform a test drive with some hard braking — only then you check for fresh fluid. They did none of that. Yet they insisted the caliper was leaking. I asked them to at least change the brake fluid. They refused and basically kicked me out of the shop, saying they “trust their technician,” even though he couldn’t show where exactly it was leaking and didn’t actually check it properly! They do not know how to work with customers and do not listen. They only try to upsell parts at triple the price and charge insane labor fees. This is my second time at this location and the second horrible experience. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. ⸻

Richy went above and beyond in helping my daughter when she needed a new battery. She was able to get it jump started from a coworker and brought it in to Firestone at 5:40p. Richy and his team stayed after hours to work on her car to get it fully running again. My daughter said she was treated with respect and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for future car repairs.

Firestone has never been known for good deals. I don't expect them to have good prices, they are a big national corporation they don't care about you. But I usually expect them to at least get the service done. This Firestone is awful. I took my car in for two things; I needed a replacement valve part and I had a leak I didn't know where it was coming from. They told me there was no leak and they replaced the part. A week later my check engine/emissions light is on again and my car is still leaving a leaking spot in the parking lot. I took my car to a better mechanic and they told me I had a transmission leak and I needed to replace the same part Firestone supposedly already replaced. To sum up: Firestone didn't find an obvious leak that I knew was there, they charged me over $100 just to run the computer check on the "Check Engine" light (Huge scam that all mechanics do now actually, not just Firestone. It should not cost so much just to run the code and see what the problem is) and they charged me $130 to replace a part that I had to get replaced again at a better more competent shop. If you're going to Firestone it's possible you just don't know anyone better. You should know you're scraping the bottom of the barrel with this one in particular. I've been going to a different shop the last several months and couldn't be happier

I came in on a busy Sunday and was seen almost immediately, not only did I find out I had a nail in my tires and the depth of my tread but I got a quote very quickly for affordable tires IN STOCK. Also found out they price match which is HUGE and helps me know ik getting the best deal possible. Lastly free tire pressure checks ! Overall customer service and service time were impeccable. DO NOT GO HERE: OVERPRICED AND ADDED A WARRANTY WITHOUT ASKING ME My first appointment that I made in advance was on September 15th 2025, I made one for two new tires and an oil change. I arrived to my appointment early and they tell me they don’t have the size of tires for my car. What was the point of making it in advance if you did not ensure you had the tires in stock. I did the oil change and left. No discount or nothing for the inconvenience. Fast forward to Nov. 16th same thing I need two new tires and oil change. Made an appointment in advance and asked them to make sure they would have the tires in stock. I arrived early again to ensure I was on time. They tell me “it happened again, we do not have tires in size for your car.” I was seething at that point because I made another appointment and asked you to make sure you had them. Matt then says well I can order them for you and have them for you tomorrow. Why not have ordered them yesterday if you can clearly get them here in a day?!?! Now it’s the next day (Nov. 17th) and I came early to my appointment, and they finally have my tires but I should not have had to come here on 3 separate occasions to have tires put on at a TIRE STORE. I also made another appointment appointment in advance for this one and my car did not go into start the work till 3:30, like what’s the point of the appointment if clearly you don’t value my time.
