Had Grady come out after two of my windows were broken to vandalism. Was having trouble getting it sorted with insurance before he came, and he was super patient and understanding while we worked through it. Got the work done in record time with expert quality. He tried his best to get all of the broken glass out of the vehicle and was very professional through and through. Quick to respond and communication was top tier. Praying I don’t have to have him come out again, but in the unfortunate case I need new windows, he’s the first one I’m calling. 10/10.

Grady helped me a few years ago when I first bought my service van. The front windshield needed to be replaced. Just recently I had a rear window that got busted. The first time I paid out of pocket, this time through insurance. This time around I made goofed and accidentally gave the VIN # for a new vehicle I purchased, which ultimately required Grady to leave to acquire the correct part many miles away and come back. Despite this inconvenience, he had no misgivings and happily took care of me. In both instances the response was swift, communication was excellent and the owner was extremely flexible; he was happy to meet me along my work route to complete service. The reviews on Luna Auto Glass Service are what initially drew me to this provider and they hold true. Grady is AMAZING to work with! I am glad that I can help support another small business owner that takes pride in their work and offers a high-quality experience.

Strait forward kind of guy who came highly recommend by a friend and now I am paying it forward. You won't be disappointed! Update: I had a small chip(very tiny) that needed to be filled just days after Grady installed the new windshield. Again, he went above and beyond and came out, gave me his expert opinion/advice, and filled it at no extra charge. I could of had it covered under a claim with my insurance for free...though he did not charge me, it was appreciated, it was his expertise I really wanted. A little kindness goes a long way.
