They did a really good job on my car. Mike and his coworkers are very professional and explain the whole process of how they repair the car. Also he will assist you with the insurance and he even offer me to give me a ride to pick up my car, best thing is that you don't have pay anything from your pocket. Definitely recommended.

Mike is a great guy to work with. Speedy, high quality repair and saved a lot of CASH. Mike even did a deep clean inside my car. A messed full of dents car handed to Mike, an exterior shining and interior deep cleaned car was returned. To be honest, me and my wife did not expect that. These guys were true professionals from start to finish. This was my first time handling a hail damage situation so I had a lot of questions. Mike and his team patiently took the time to explain every step thoroughly and carefully. The car looked amazing upon pickup and was fully detailed. I’ve also heard nightmare stories from people who wait weeks for their car to be finished - mine was done in 5 days. They are adamant about backing up the work that they do with a 100% satisfaction guarantee that if the work is not done to your liking - they will make it right. They are also very much into providing exceptional customer service. From texting me updates throughout the process to offering to pick me up from my rental car location, they always made me feel like they truly care about providing the best experience possible and they did not disappoint. I have had both of my cars worked on by Mike at Master Hail Repair and he did an incredible job. I know where all the hail dents were on my truck and I can’t find a single dent! The hood looks brand new. Have you ever taken your car in and the shop gives you a quote and when you go to pick it up it was way more? Very professional. No pushy sales tactics, very easy going and flexible. My truck looks like the hail storm never happened! Couldn't have been easier. Dropped off a rental, picked up the truck. When it was finished being repaired delivered my truck to my driveway and picked up the rental car. Even ran it through a high quality car wash right before they returned it to me. My car was destroyed from a hail storm. It was so bad that almost every spot on my car had a dent the size of a golf ball. I decided to take my car to Mike and his team. I am so happy with my decision because they made my car look like it was brand new. Not only did thay fix the dents from the storm, but they also fixed the dents I had before without any extra cost! I am amazed on how fast they fixed my car and they also cleaned it. On top of all that, they paid for my deductible and car rental! My experience with Master Hail Repair was exceptional- from the responsiveness by Mike starting with our first phone call on a Friday afternoon, to him driving to my house to inspect my car the following day, to him picking up and dropping my car off after completing the work in a very timely manner, I couldn't have asked for better communication about the process or overall customer service. Mike came highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Mike explained the process to me, dropped me off at the rental car company and even waited until I was handed my rental. Mike and his team did a great job and did it fast. They went above and beyond and on top of it did their best to fix dents, scratches and blemishes unrelated to hail damage. I was pleased to receive a call from the insurance adjustor who wanted to let me know how great it was to work with such a professional team who are always on top of things and know every detail of the process. They made the whole experience easy and transparent. I couldn't be more impressed. My car looked like it did when I picked it up new from the dealer. Mike was great. I honestly was skeptical at first. Other shops said 2-4 weeks to repair and "negotiate with insurance" and would not cover deductible or a rental. Mike said 4-5 days, covered the deductible and got us a rental. The two options seemed so far apart. We went with Mike and could not be happier. He stayed in contact the whole time and our car looks amazing. Would highly recommend.

I started out a little apprehensive about this company as their rep stopped in my office to solicit their business. I had received a substantial amount of hail damage to my vehicle and had previously taken it to a dealer to get an estimate to turn in to my insurance. Once received, I called my insurance company to file a claim, however, the insurance company told me they wanted to have their adjuster come out to evaluate the damage and by doing that, it would make the claim process go faster. When their adjuster came out, his estimate was that the vehicle was right on the cusp of being totaled out. Needless to say, the amount they were willing to settle with me was substantially less than what my original dealer estimate was. I was not willing to settle at that point in time because what that would mean for me was that I was going to have to shell money out of my pocket to get the car repaired, or take the insurance "buy-out" settlement and purchase a different vehicle, which would mean I would have a monthly payment because my offered payout was much less than what a replacement vehicle of the same make and model would be today. I did not want to add to my monthly budget if I could avoid it. My current vehicle was in good shape except for the hail damage. I really didn't want to drive a vehicle with that much hail damage to it, but was truly giving some thought to settling for that option. I decided to discuss the matter more in detail with the rep from Master Hail Repair that initially came out to visit me to solicit business. His willingness to work with me convinced me to give his business a try. Although I was a little nervous to utilize their services (since he was a solicitor off the street to me), he assured me that I would be happy with the outcome. He indicated he would pick my vehicle up from me at work and then deliver it to me upon completion and he would provide me a good loaner vehicle to use while they had my vehicle. He said I would not have to pay him anything until they returned my vehicle, and I was 100% satisfied with the work they performed. The dealer I originally checked with initially told me that they would need the vehicle for two days to get the repairs done and because they were backed-up with vehicles needing the same type of service, it could be 2-3 months before they could get me scheduled to have the work done. Master Hail Repair told me they would probably need 10 days to get the car back in good shape for me, (damage was quite substantial and covered just about every body part on the vehicle) but they could get me in right away. They took my vehicle on Monday, mid-morning, and they had it returned to me the following Monday afternoon. The work was completed to my satisfaction. In addition, I have had a couple co-workers tell me that my car looked great. I agreed with them. Needless to say, I took a chance with Master Hail Repair, and have to admit, I am quite happy I did. They did exactly what they said they would do, and they got it returned to me ahead of the scheduled time they thought it would take. I would highly recommend this company for paintless dent repair. They did not "over promise, or try to re-negotiate on the initial agreement we made. They have businesses in various locations and do what they say in a most professional and courteous way! This has been my first time using Master Hail repair. And I would like to say that they have the best crew and Chris Winton make things so easy for us, while getting our car repaired from the hail damage. Chris and his team did an amazing job! They were quick, efficient, and kept contact the whole process. Back in May, I unfortunately got hail damage from that random 15 min. hail storm. Very great choice if you need to get your car hail damage repaired. My car was hitted by hail and there are lots of dents on body and even on windshield. Thank Mike, David and other guys they repaired all the damage in several days and now it is perfect new!
