Thank you for the work your fine shop has done on our 2000 C230 Sedan. It has been a trying year for us here and things have gotten so much better. Thank you for working and scheduling to get what we needed and wanted to get done in January 2024 and most recently July 2024 to finish the repairs. Please thank David for the wonderful job he did on all the repairs. I was very happy to have found this shop so relatively close to our home (19 miles) to work on our two "vintage" Mercedes. They have not disappointed! The employees have been fantastic, extremely personable and nice to deal with. Thank you all for the attention paid to our automobile. It is running so well, all new fluids, plugs, filters, very pleased (and relieved!) It is important to have a place where there are technicians and other employees that are familiar with these automobiles and their experience is worth its weight in gold. I had a fantastic experience thanks to a team of professionals: Mason, Christy, April, David, and Wanda! They truly went above and beyond to help me with my car's A/C problem. The A/C wasn’t blowing cold air, and Daryl Watson, who is very knowledgeable and helpful, assisted me in finding the best solutions for my needs. Daryl not only informed me about how great Master Tech is, but he also made a phone call to Mason at Master Tech to set up an appointment for me. I am very grateful to Daryl Watson for introducing me to Master Tech for the A/C compressor work. I dropped off my 2016 Mercedes GLE400 and patiently waited because I have complete confidence in the professionalism and expertise of the team at Master Tech. The technician replaced the A/C compressor and drier, and now my A/C is working perfectly. I highly recommend Master Tech for your repair services! Awesome experience. I got suckered into buying a BMW lemon and these guys went above and beyond to help me. They could have easily made 1000's of dollars off me but instead only charged me for the diagnostic and told me I should probably get rid of while I still could. Great honest mechanics. I have found the quality of service and the customer service to be TOP QUALITY! What I appreciate is the begging to end experience. I received an email and several reminder texts. Was greeted when I arrived and the folks serviced my vehicle quickly. 10/6/2025 went in with a nail in tire and they fixed the problem, $36 no problem. Went back just to have my rims looked at on 1/16/2026, they charged me $194. Make it make sense. 🤔 just to look at rims!!!

My BMW needed 46 updates which took 3 days to update. He carefully explained about the coolant hose and water pump. I’m very grateful to Master Tech and their cute little dog.

Been going here for over a year now, and had never been charged for a diagnosis. I Went in to get my A/C checked (which they had just repaired and was under warranty), was charged $200 for them to tell me nothing was wrong, and $200 to tell me I needed a new turbo, which I already knew. $400 for diagnosis is absurd. Honestly very disappointed in how quickly things changed. After being given an estimate of over 5k to fix my turbo on an 08 model I will be finding a different auto shop.

Had previously done business with Master Tech on several different occasions and never had any problems. 7/23/24 I contacted Master Tech for an estimate to replace front suspension air struts on my Mercedes because the car would not rise and I didn’t want to risk doing any damage by trying to drive it. They gave me a quote of $2514.50 to which I agreed. I had the car towed to Hickory to which there was still no damage to my car. Upon arrival Master Tech took photos of the car after the driver delivered the car and there was no damage. After changing both air struts I received a call from Master Tech on 7/31/2024 stating that the car still wouldn’t rise and it would need the ac compressor replaced at a cost of $839.95. To which I agreed. On 8/6/24 received a call my car was ready. Bill was $3510.55 which I gladly paid because I’ve never had any problems with their work before. On 8/7/2024 I was walking around looking at my car and noticed that my fender had damage and fasteners were missing to hold the rubber inner fender in place. My tire has a cut mark on the outer edge I called Master Tech to inquire about the damage. I wasn’t surprised when they had every excuse except to be accountable for what happened. Someone drove my car while it was in their possession trying to get the air shocks to work and when they didn’t they called me and said I needed a new compressor. Hope this is helpful to others because I definitely want be doing anymore business with Master Tech.
