I cannot recommend this place highly enough! I've used their services on a few different occasions now, and have been blown away by their customer service and just how great they are to work with. Their work is solid, as well, and I've been incredibly pleased by the results. If you take your car here, ask for Katano or Felipe. Not all of the workers they have are good and some of them are new. If your car takes forever to get out, that's because they didn't give it to Katano or Felipe. Katano & Felipe are the only reliable ones and they have been there the longest and are the best. Katano did a great job with the custom paint color on my Honda. I wanted it Tardis Blue and he delivered! I wish I could show how pretty it is but it's hard to catch all the shimmer in photos. I absolutely love it and would recommend them to anyone.

After coffee spill at McDonald's I didn't put car in park, it rolled into pole....Randall, Alice and the team at Lockman's sent daily updates on arrival of parts, replacement, through painting and final detailing. I had some work done at Lockman’s in Hickory after an insurance claim and they did a phenomenal job. They replaced my bumper and fender liners and everything fits perfectly. They also painted and installed my side skirts and the color match is spot on. The whole process was smooth and professional. The people there were easy to work with and you can tell they take pride in their work. My car looks better than ever and I’m really happy with the results. I’d definitely recommend Lockman’s to anyone who needs body work or a paint job done!

Great people, family owned. Main owner always offered mind words and God Bless. The office and business are BEAUTIFUL ❤️ . My car was checked over and while it's taking me longer than usual to resolve my accident, they eased my mind that my car would be safe (their lot is fenced and cameras survey the property 24-7). They are the ONLY Allstate recommended repair (body repair-onsite-mechanical-brake repair-offsite) shop in the area of Hickory-Lenoir. They have been kind and helpful through this ordeal. Pricing is reasonable. No repairs were done but they are taking good care of my little ♉.
