Wow, I am completely blown away by the service I received from K&M! I can’t speak to their reconstructive work, but if it’s anything like the service I received you won’t be disappointed. I really am astounded at how much guidance they happily provided during this frustrating and confusing journey. From receiving my vehicle all the way through to it being considered a total loss by insurance I felt like they were more of a consultant than a collision shop . Lisa was especially great, though the rest of the staff that interacted with also seemed top notch. Thank you K&M. I hope to never need your services again, but if I do I know where to go.

Recently I had an accident, which i was not at fault for, but nonetheless my car was deemed as totaled. This was very frustrating and tiresome given that we still owed more than was offered by our insurance. Thanks to Tina Walling at K&M Collison, we were not only able to navigate the next steps smoothly but she really helped us squeeze a little more money out of our insurance company who otherwise wouldn't have worked with us. I cant thank Tina enough and would highly recommend anyone to go and visit K&M the next time they find themselves in a car wreck.

I have used K&M 3 times and have been continually impressed by their professionalism and their workmanship. Recently we had a serious accident and I had my vehicle brought to K&M. To make a long story short, Tina and Leslie worked with me to assure that if the vehicle could be fixed, it would be done correctly with original parts, etc. The insurance company kept pushing back but ultimately the car was deemed a total loss. This happened to be the best outcome, and I thank the folks at K&M for sticking to their high standards. I HIGHLY recommend K&M for any repairs - they will do it right!!!

Had the misfortune to hit a deer in my 2010 Porsche. Had it towed to K&M. Leslie guided me through the entire process and kept me up to date on the progress (or lack of it) on a regular basis. She was supremely helpful and knowledgeable It took some time to jump through the insurance hoops find the necessary parts and actually make the repairs but today they brought the car back to me (free delivery was much appreciated) and it looks great.

Disaster place to go, they total our 2018 Nissan rogue for just scratches on the left rear door, it’s been two week since then still can’t believe it. First they don’t estimate the car so you don’t have options to go somewhere else, they ask insurance for open repair or whatever they dismantle the car then they ask insurance for big bill repair $10,500 for just a door. Ofcourse insurance since it’s exceed 75% of car value they total it, and even if you take as is, still insurance needs to pay them $4500 for dismantling the freaking car ( just for a fracking door). However just to show the result for us we bought this car just few months ago with $17500 we got after total $12200 ( lost $5000) despite the other poor family that were involved in the accident since their insurance will increase their premiums badly. I found it ethically wise is so bad. Don’t go there unless you wanna play dirty game with your insurance
