Honestly, I feel like if I would’ve stopped anywhere else, it would’ve been a another horrible experience lol I was actually headed to a different auto parts store when I got a quick glimpse of this one. So I decided to turn around & go here instead. I just needed windshield wipers, not only did I get a good deal here, I met some pretty amazing people. There was a lady and a gentleman(I regret not getting their names but they work there) & they exceeded the expectation of customer service. It was a very friendly & relaxed environment.—I could tell those two are generally good natured people & the woman even helped me put the wipers on. It wasn’t the experience I normally have going into an auto parts store so it was a nice for a change.I live in Maiden but I will drive to Hickory anytime I need parts from here on out. And thanks again ❤️

★☆☆☆☆ If you can get your part's at another AutoZone I recommend it the Manger was very unprofitable did not won't his employee charge my battery he told me that it was taken to long but before he came out side the employee said he did not mind it and the only reason I had to go to this AutoZone was because they were the only one that had the part I needed I will never go back to this AutoZone if I cannot get what I need from the AutoZone I always shop at I will try and get it somewhere else so if you do not have to go here I don't recommend
