I started taking my Honda Element here and I don’t want to take it anywhere else now! Ollie’s is run by such a lovely family. They do great work. I’ve taken my car here multiple times and they always get me in quickly and don’t overcharge or try to sell me on things I don’t need! Definitely recommend

They saw me right away and with no previous appointment scheduled. Had a check engine light on as well as a message on my dashboard that said,"transmission fault service now". With quick and efficient diagnostics performed,I was informed that it was the transmission control module and would be fixed at Ford's expense. I will definitely be a returning customer. *****

My family has been taking our vehicles here since they opened, not very long obviously, but between our 4 vehicles and an ATV we've been probably a dozen times. We drive over an hour to come here, that's how much we love them. Very family oriented and incredibly thorough, quick turn around, and awesome people. I recommend them to anyone who needs work!

Took my vehicle here for headlight installation and I almost lost my life! After I left so many code started to pop up in my dash that was not there before I bought it in. When I mentioned it to him of course nothing he did interfered with it. The owner did not reconnect some very important hoses after and caused my vehicle to overheat and cut off on me. Could have caused major damages. Thank god a license mechanic was behind me and was so willing to assist me. I don’t believe he even installed my headlights correctly either. When I called to let him know he still denied leaving the hose undone. I thought I was taking my vehicle to a good mechanic shop, but my experience was horrible. Take your vehicle elsewhere, I don’t recommend.

This company ripped my Mom off. She asked for an oil change and engine cooler repair and they didn’t do anything and charged my Mom up to $700!!!!!!!! Her oil is still black and the engine cooler is still leaking. I told her to take the car back but they took advantage of my elderly mom. If they are doing this to my Mom they are scamming others. I don’t recommend this place.

Great automotive repair shop, for DIESELS. Thanks to Grayson to make sure I felt like I was at home when I entered the door. My truck had been to a shop numerous of times and didn’t come back running like the way Nathan has it running. They enlightened me on every move they made and asked my opinion before just doing so. Definitely will be the only diesel repair shop I’ll spend money with.

1st off customer service is amazing, professional and friendly employees. Took my old diesel in for diagnostic and Nathan explained my issues it has, my turbo wasn't installed properly and wasn't hooked up right, he easily could have left it that way but he got it put together so I could at least make it home. I can't say enough about how great these people were. My sons diesel needed a starter put in I called them that morning they got me in as soon as I was able to get there and had me in and out in about an hr. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I have a Scion FRS that had been sitting for about 9 months and wanted someone to check it out. Dropped it off on a Wednesday afternoon and they had it finished by Friday morning. Grayson was absolutely awesome in communicating with me and keeping me updated.
