I've been going to Ron for about three years after remarrying and there's one thing I feel I have complete trust in their work they only do what's necessary and they've always charge a fair price the biggest factor is I trust them

Went to get car repaired paid over $600 still didn't fix the original problem which was why my car keep cutting off. Get the car back now everything under the moon is wrong with it take it back they tell me to come back in two days. I have children have to work this being my only transportation . Why keep charging me monies when the problem was a dead battery cell REALLY! Will not recommend to have service at this place .

Literally the most honest repair shop I've been to. Everyone that works there seem very knowledgeable. As for the previous review giving a single star. .... they obviously have the wrong shop. Every time I've had my vehicle inspected here, it's been by the book.

Been going to this place years red flags hit when they told me one price over the phone a few years ago(4) & came to pick up vehicle & it was different price. My aunt just recently had her car towed there about 2 months ago and asked them to tell her car issues before fixing & of course they did the OPPOSITE!!! Third straw now I’m done bc I set up an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago to drop off my vehicle I then asked the date which it was given, however I dropped my car off the evening BEFORE appointment date bc I had help then so I left it…. Called to check on vehicle & was told tag was out of date were not going to touch it… ummm well I’m here to get it fixed& going for a tag next …..smh I then asked okay if I get temp tag could they look at it. He said I don’t know we don’t even have the keys. Well I did leave my number when setting up appointment, why didn’t you call me to explain this to me, so I could tell you where my key was since you didn’t even attempt to open the door & see it sitting there ??? Point of it all they are becoming more & more unprofessional!!!! NEVER GOING BACK & IM GOING TO BE SURE TO PUT THIS ON SOCIAL SITES SO THE PUBLIC CAN SEE THE UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

Long time customer. Taken multiple vehicles to this auto center. Ron's Auto Service Center is the best in this area. They are thorough, professional, and they know what they are doing. No guessing at Ron's. Great prices too! I will not go anywhere else.

Just moved out from AZ and needed to get new motor mounts for my Suv. The pricing and service was on point and done in a short amount of time. Would recommend to anyone needing service done on their car.

We have started taking more of our work to Ron’s because the guys there are helpful and knowledgeable plus the prices are good in comparison to other service centers. I recently had to get a wheel bearing replaced. While one place I called was quoting $475 and another one was close to that, Ron’s quoted me $300. I ended up having to pay more thanks to other problems that were unexpected, but Ron’s was upfront about the extra stuff and was very thorough to make sure the vehicle was going to be right after we drove it away.

Very nice people. Quality work at affordable prices. They call before they do anything when they find a problem which is rare for most mechanic shops. If I need a vehicle repaired I will be going back. He already worked on my truck and has the wife's car while I am writing this. If you want a good mechanic that is friendly and thorough, this is the place to go.

I was looking for a car service center several years ago that I felt I could trust. I was tired of being another number and getting ripped off by the big dealerships. Ron's was recommended to me by a close friend and I have been going back ever since with multiple vehicles. They try to keep the prices down when larger cost items are needed. Labor rates are reasonable. They really seem to care about giving their customers good service.

Been going here for the past few years. Knowledgeable and good work. Major complaint is they do not communicate total cost very well. While pricing is fair, I shouldn't get 300 dollar quote and then a over 1000 dollar bill at pickup. If you want good work done here is a good place, but just have your wallet ready....

Humble, professional, and an all around great staff. My vehicle was worked on and complete in a timely manner. Breaks are working perfectly. I had gotten 3 other estimates from the local competitors and Ron"s was the most affordable.

Great job every time I’ve taken my van there! They find the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They also check for any recalls and take care of those. Reasonably priced and quick to get my van in for the work.

We were referred to Ron's by a friend to make repairs on a 2011 Buick.I dealt mostly with Kimmy who was professional, courteous and fair.I felt they were fair in charges .I would recommend this business.

Took truck in for water pump (leaking from weep hole) they replaced water pump and radiator, (did not replace radiator cap nor recommend replacing) also when picked up after two weeks, coolant reservoir was empty. Found that they did not pressure test coolant system or they would have found intake manifold leaking. So was charged tow bill, and full price for repairs along with another two week wait. They replaced spark plugs when intake was off, (obvious part of the job) but did not recommend coils, and this morning found radiator overflowing and misfire from hell. This was due to a coil plug clip being broken during reinstall, but refused to take 5 minutes to diagnose and still no new radiator cap. Being certified as tech for GM but not wanting to do work in the cold, I reluctantly allowed them to service my truck. Never again will I deal with Kimmie. He told me verbatim this morning “I’m not doing shit today, I have more cars coming in”. Poor customer service. Poor technical experience, poor quality all around.

Recently had an accident and had my car towed here. They were gracious enough to let me retrieve my personal items and tag. Then I arranged for the car to be picked up by the insurance company. They were very easy to work with and helped me at all times.

Wasn't going to write a review but I had a pretty frustrating experience. Had my car for over 2 weeks and couldn't find the issue. I picked it up after paying $500+ and still wasn't fixed. Took it back and they said it'd be another $700+ in just parts to fix. I declined and took it to another shop, within 24 hours they told me I had a bad fuel pump. Sure enough I took it home changed the fuel pump for only $170 and my issue was gone. Which is the primary reason for writing the review. Everyone was very cordial and respectful, however, had the issue been diagnosed properly to begin with instead of speculatively changing parts I would have saved over $1,000.

My car was taken to this place and I wish it never was. They charged me over $1,500 just to send me on my way with messed up oil gaskets that didn’t even fit my car. They let me drive all the way to Nashville, Tennessee and now my car is utterly ruined. I have to have extensive repairs done to the engine and the transmission, all because they did a hack job. Now I’m stuck with no way to get home. They will be receiving a call about this soon. Apparently their work is “guaranteed” for 1 year, but that’s definitely not going to happen. My car has only gotten worse ever since I took it to them. Thought I could trust them to be honest and do good honest work on my car, however that was certainly not the case. Please don’t take your car here, you will get charged for them doing absolutely nothing.

Either my alternator or battery needed to be replaced. Took all of 3 minutes to check and tell me it was the battery.. $50 to install a battery..after telling them I would just pay for then checking it out and get a battery myself elsewhere because literally takes a minute to do myself.. they still charge me $50!!!!! I would’ve been fine with $20-$25 but $50 For something autozone, advance etc would have done FOR FREEE!
