I was told to come at 630 pm on a Thursday and was meet with the rudest arrogant store manager Nate. I am only here because the other location of Mavis had damaged my truck and gave me the run a round. I truly have never been talked to in that way by management. What a waste of a good staff.

I called to get a mount and balance, they quoted me a price then I drive over there and tell me they don't have tire lol. Buuut they have this other tire that happens to be not $65 like they quoted but $ 120! Plus they said they still had to add valve stem recycling etc etc. When i had already asked them the total price. Ridiculous! Such a waste of time. The manager wouldn't even look at me lol.

Great job at this location. Had a blowout and bent rim and the team was able to replace the tire which was in stock and straighten the rim out for me saving me time and money. Highly recommend this location. Have replaced tires here on multiple vehicles and it is always smooth.

Won’t help you mount 1 tire onto a new wheel (old one was bent) if the tire isn’t new. Never in my life. Don’t waste your time if you are needing something small done. Tire wasn’t even in stock and tire was almost new. We have 8 vehicles and 4 trailers and other toys that require tires. Will never return

I recently had brake pads and rotors replaced at this Mavis location — a repair costing over $1,200 — and immediately afterward my vehicle began to vibrate, especially the steering wheel, most noticeably when braking at higher speeds. This issue did not exist before the brake service. I brought the vehicle back, but instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or accountability, the manager’s first instinct was to deflect and imply the problem was caused by something unrelated. After keeping my vehicle for several hours, they called to say it was “fixed” and that my tires were out of balance. I explained clearly that the vehicle had never vibrated or shimmied before they replaced the brakes — yet this concern was brushed off. What was most disappointing was the overall attitude and handling by management. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and the priority seemed to be temporarily appeasing the customer rather than genuinely diagnosing and correcting the issue. Had anyone performed a proper test drive after their so-called fix, it would have been obvious that tire balance wasn’t the cause. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store for any type of service. The quality of work and the lack of accountability were extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning.

My husband & I were out & about, and needing to put air in our tires, pulling into Mavis was our second attempt, the air machine out front didn’t seem to be working. I went inside to ask about it.. We were told to just pull our truck around to one of the bays & they’d be more than happy to put air in our tires.. Everyone was so friendly, we can’t thank them enough for helping us out that day. We definitely will be stopping there with any of our future vehicle needs..

Top rate place. I had struts put on in a different state at a Mavis location and thought I was having a problem with them. Took my car here and they looked it over and test drove it. They cleared it as safe and I went to pick it up. There was no charge for all the diagnostics they did. Great place to go!!

I stopped in because my spare tire wasn’t mounted on the back of my Jeep and I physically couldn’t lift it myself. I had also been told I might need a conversion kit, so I wasn’t even sure if it could be installed. The guys there immediately took care of it for me, checked everything, and put the spare on without any problem and as it turns out I didn’t even need the kit. They were so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything even when I offered to pay them. They just helped me because they could. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. Huge thank you to Matt and the rest of the team. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs tire work

Ever since Mavis opened shop in Viewmont on Hwy 127 I have been a customer. Today I received exceptional customer service from the store manager Nate who took the time to explain how the front end suspension components affect wheel alignment and how they can cause uneven tire wear which I recently experienced. He also made recommendations for better tire choices for my SUV and how to plan for my next alignment going forward. Not once did any of the prior store managers explain these important details to help me make better and informed decisions. Thank you Nate and Mavis!

Awesome experience! I went in early morning to see if they could fix a piece of plastic hanging from my car, caused by the recent snowstorm. They informed me they would just cut it off and it would be fine. I was expecting maybe a little fee for labor but there wasn’t! They have a great team here!
