This is by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. The attention towards the client, the explanations they give you and informations on top of a very thorough work ethic. I am so glad I discovered this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable always with the best advices and tips. They always try to accommodate you in order to spare you with any trouble. They take the time to explain everything to you before doing anything to your car. I met with Victoria she is very talented and meets with you always with a joyful attitude! I definitely recommend!

Masterclass is amazing. Ronnie and Victoria always provide the absolute best service. I’ve recommended 3 friends and each one has left extremely happy. You won’t find another automotive shop in Miami that not only delivers fantastic service and work, but is also honest and never pushes unnecessary fixes. They’ve done great body work for us (can’t even tell I ran into that cement pole leaving my parking garage 😬) and also always make sure our BMW is running great. Masterclass turned out to be perhaps the Perhaps the most professional and competent car repair service I’ve ever used. I took my Bentley for a repair, the source of which could have been one of many problems. Rather than just throw money at it, Masterclass took the time to actually diagnose the problem and solve it. No big surprise bill, no upselling. I won’t take my car to the dealer any longer.

Honest & Proactive. Over the years I've taken a few of my cars to the shop and still satisfied. What I really like about these guys is options. They're in it for the long haul and don't have to meet "sales quotas" like the dealer service reps. They always give me options and a heads up about what should be done and considerations but never high pressure. It's very simple, a car is always going to be expense. Things breakdown, wear down so it's really only a matter of WHEN you're going to do the work. Like many people, you can wait until it breaks down and then costs you more. Me, I prefer a proactive mechanical thats honest. Keep up the great work.

I made a big mistake by going to change oil in my Bentley to a mechanic with no experience who damage my air suspension. I definitely learned this mistake, When I went to masterclass automotive and Ronald the owner and Francisco the manager took care of my car. It was extremely wonderful experience. They have consistently good reviews for good reason. VERY PROFESSIONAL, work by appointment & get you in & out like a race pit crew. I had a mishap with a defective part that cracked while getting 20,000 mile maintenance service & they replaced it incredibly quickly at no charge to me with minimal inconvenience. When my 2013 BMW 550i's engine failed at 67k miles due to known problems with the N63 engine, the dealer tried to stick me with a massive repair bill and barely lifted a finger to try to help. I turned to MasterClass due to their great reviews, and they blew me away with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, starting with Wally asking great, detailed questions on the initial phone call about what had happened, to them providing a reasonable quote, being proactive about ordering what was needed, communicating via email regular updates with pictures attached of progress, and then closing it all out with a straightforward explanation of the itemized bill. Took my McLaren here for an oil change and it was a disaster. They didn’t refill the oil properly; it was at 4 quarts when it should’ve been 8, and I doubt they even changed the filter. That’s not a small mistake. That’s total negligence that could’ve blown the engine. When I confronted them, they refused to take responsibility. No refund, no credit, nothing. I had to pay another shop to fix their mess. This place doesn’t care about doing good business or taking care of customers. They screw up, then shrug it off. I’ll never come back and wouldn’t trust them with any car, ever.
