Had to have vin of vehicle just to get a price when there was absolutely no reason for the extremely simple task that I requested and told them what was needed in 10 seconds. And took 15 minutes at anotger shop to do. I just didn't have the tool to do it myself.

Horrible. They were rude, the car wasn't done when they said it would be, and they charged almost double what originally quoted without our consent to change anything. They did not call us or let us know and were not apologetic or empathetic. Awful. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Edit: NO. You called one phone number on file ONCE. And yes,his voice-mail wasn't set up but again, you only called once. He also gave you the exact info of the vehicle and what was needed in the pre screening call. We have a friend who is a mechanic and we called multiple different places with the same information needed. I appreciate the offer to rectify the situation by us calling but I had already tried that route before we even picked up the vehicle and you were very unhelpful. I'm spreading the word down here in Moore as well just as I stated on the phone. This was just my experience but this place is a heck no on our end!

I first off want to say Desiree and William an the head mechanic in the shop are absolutely amazing!!! And Desiree was amazing an it was never a dull moment! It was fast am they really know what they are talking about. I highly suggest if you are needing a good place to go please contact them !! They hady jeep liberty fixed in no time I went in an left the same day!!!!

Finding this place was a life saver! My car was making a terrible noise it was scaring me drive it. I called and they got me in that day to check it out and fixed by the next day! Only mechanic my husband and I will ever use! Honest genuine people! It’s hard to have a family and bills and jobs then to have an issue and not be able to trust a mechanic. They will treat you right and are all kind and do wonderful work! 3x on 2 vehicles and never had a problem or issue we love these guys and girls! Definitely recommend 10 stars if it was an option!

They are awesome!!! Took our 2007 Toyota Tacoma in to have the struts on driver's side put on. They were friendly and helpful. They put it on and were extremely good on their price. We already picked it up and I will recommend them to anyone who has any kind of car issues. When I can I will have them quote me on a windshield for my 1996 GMC. They do everything. I will use them again because they are friendly and reasonable.

I was referred to this Automotive Shop for my vehicle from another shop that couldn't do the repairs I needed. The guys at the Stand Tall Automotive, in Bethany, Ok were amazing. They got me in to help me the same week I called. They were able to fix the current issue with my vehicle and they alerted me to the fact that someone tried to steal parts off my vehicle. They were extremely helpful and were very courteous. I felt blessed and grateful when I left knowing that I was treated right and they did the job very well. From the 1st time I called and the lovely lady who answered the phone, to meeting the mechanic that would work on my sons car, to then meeting the owner, everyone was friendly, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable.I quickly felt very at ease knowing they were going to get my son's car fixed so that I no longer had to worry. Will is a great guy and runs his business smoothly. I took my 2012 Honda Accord in to get body damage fixed the whole fender and mirror destroyed from the deer. Well I took it in we waited for the parts.. not their fault on shipping times!! And he matched my paint perfectly. Absolutely stunning! On top of that, my starter went out due to cold weather while it sat there but he fixed it free of charge. I definitely recommend this place, nothing but helpful and good customer service, responds quickly to your questions! Thanks Stand Tall Automotive!
