Testimony of God’s Faithfulness Today, the Lord made the impossible possible. What looked like a hopeless situation in the natural was completely turned around by God’s grace. I stood on biblical principles, prayed, walked by faith, and spoke Scripture over my situation—calling things that are not as though they were. And God showed up. I watched my manager and close friend be used by God to make a way where there should have been no way. I have bought several new cars and I have to say that purchasing from Maus Nissan was the best by far! Jeff and Lexi were amazing at answering my questions and working a deal that fit within my limited budget. From the moment I arrived to leaving, I felt more like a person with needs and wants than a dollar sign or credit score, unlike other dealerships. And I am no easy customer to deal with! Lexi was very patient with me (went on 3 different test drives), took extra time to explain ALL the features of the vehicle and was extremely personable and considerate. And the icing on the cake- she had my new car personally delivered to my house since I was in my other vehicle and was in a rush to pick up my child from school! My car that I had for 8 years and was able to eventually pay off to own, caught on fire last week. I work full time and needed something quickly. I had gone to a different dealership to look at first and had a bad experience with the sales people that resulted in their sales manager running to my rental and tapping on the window trying to give me his card. It was bad, I was nervous enough and didn't need someone pushing me into something I didn't want. The next closest dealership to me was this one, Nissan. I had a completely opposite experience here, I was able to look on my own for a bit and then right when I had questions, a friendly guy approached me. He introduced himself and found something common to talk about before even starting to talk about cars with me. It really calmed my nerves. Agustin was able to help me find something to fit my situation/budget and needs and was willing to let me test drive 4, maybe 5 cars before I was able to decide. I brought in my car because I noticed a slight wobble in the steering. They highlighted the repairs they recommended, I approved. Several hundred dollars later I got my car and drove it to work, and noticed that the problems were even worse than before. I took the car back to Nissan the following day. They told me ,” You can’t keep bringing it in,” and ,”I’m denying half of the things that needed to get done.” As a reminder they told me what to approve for the WOBBLING. I was prioritizing the maintenance repairs over the luxury of AC. The broken AC was somehow a contributing factor of my tires flying off my car after they “repaired” it. If your car needs repairs take it to a real mechanic shop not a car dealership. They will take your money then blame you that the problems still persists.

We were charged over $960.00 to have a “LEAKY MOTOR MOUNT” replaced!?!?! What makes it worse is we brought the Nissan rogue in for a recall which involve replacing the engine! A lot of you out there already know like I do when you pull the engine out the motor mount is staring at you! So I ask Maus Nissan why did you charge me $964 to replace a motor mount that you had to access to get the motor out? This was an obvious scam to any person who has done basic work on their vehicles. I will be speaking to an attorney to get my money back and who knows what else! Oh yeah, they don’t take checks or credit cards. I think we all know why …beware! I hope these guys made a mistake. I hope that this company is not thriving off of people in the Brooksville Springhill area. Shame on you!!! Since we were getting a new engine, they came up with a way for us to pay the labor charges for having that done. I guess Nissan doesn’t pay them enough money for a recall warranty work! Really leaky motor mounts you can do better than that…

JESSE IS THE MAN!!!!I put an online interest late the night before in a pre owned Honda accord hybrid that they have. I had very specific questions and concerns. I reached out to Joe on the same day, Scheduled an appointment for later that evening and Joe stayed late to help me. Helping entailed him negotiating my terms with a trade-in AND picking up my new car at the New Port Richey showroom during a seasonal thunderstorm. Quick service, friendly staff, best shop for alignments I’ve found. Went in for an alignment for my 2024 F-150 after a local shop couldn’t figure it out after 2 attempts. I went to Nissan because I asked Southern 4X4 and Auto who they subbed their alignments out too, and they referred me to Jeremy at Nissan. Jeremy was very knowledgable about alignments and super friendly. They did a fantastic on my custom alignment got it down to the exact degree spec I requested and fixed the drivability issues I was having with it prior. Other shops will charge you extra for any kind of non-OEM spec whether that included additional adjustable components or not, but Maus will only charge you extra if you have aftermarket adjustments such as adjustable control arms etc. Mine was just a simple lowering kit so they did my custom spec without any additional charge which was awesome. The turn around time was quick on my truck too.

5-Star Service at Maus Nissan Brooksville I went to another dealership first and it felt like they didn’t want to sell me a truck at all, zero effort and even less inventory. A few days later I found Maus Nissan of Brooksville online and remembered how amazing my past Maus experience was. I had the absolute best car-buying experience of my life, back at David Maus Chevrolet in Sanford, long before COVID turned all car prices into luxury real estate. I had gotten 0% financing, easy paperwork, smooth sailing. The kind of transaction that makes you think birds might actually sing when you sign documents. So, almost the moment I clicked on a Frontier, I started getting texts from Jesse Jorgensen, the Internet Sales Manager. I honestly thought he was an AI bot for the first few messages (he’s that good at fast, friendly communication). Spoiler... he’s real, he’s fantastic, and Maus is lucky to have him. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday, which used to be a huge day for dealerships, but in modern times, we all buy stuff in our pajamas at 2am, so the vibe is different now. Jesse wasn’t working that day, but he set me up perfectly. When I arrived on Sunday, I was greeted by Joey Walz, a super tall, super friendly sales pro with zero pressure and a ton of knowledge. This man knows Frontiers like he personally assembles them after breakfast. I had my list of “Must Haves” (lower payment, no rollover, no falling in love with shiny things)… then I saw the Tactical Green Frontier and all my resolve evaporated. Adult logic… gone. Truck lust… activated. The exact truck I was interested in, after Joey’s direction, wasn’t on the Brooksville lot, it was in Tampa, and I swear I remembered it having side step rails. It did not. If it had been on-site, I would have negotiated those in, but alas, the universe said, “Not today.” Financing in the post-COVID world is what it is, interest rates hit harder and cheap loans are basically extinct. Cars are way more expensive and extending the loan makes more sense and is more common. but I still got a deal that worked for me, and Joey with his manager Jeff Hardin, walked me through the whole process. We went back and forth and I finally settled on a deal. After signing, Joey even drove to Tampa to pick up my truck and delivered it to my house. He helped set up my phone, went through the features, met my parrots, and even took a selfie with one. That’s above-and-beyond service. I think he owes me a full gas tank. LOL Do I wish the truck came with step rails? Yep. Do I think they could just put them on? In my mind, YES! Do I wish I got that mythical “perfect deal” from the fantasy land in my head? Of course. Did Maus Nissan get the deal they wanted? Yes for sure. Did I have some buyer’s remorse? Yes. But every time I see or drive my Frontier, that feeling disappears. I love this truck. Bottom line: If you’re shopping for a vehicle, start with Maus Nissan in Brooksville. Jesse is the Viking King of Internet Sales, and Joey is the knowledgeable, empathetic lieutenant who gets you across the finish line. I'm genuinely happy with my purchase — and yes, I absolutely deserve it. This was my journey and I wanted to share it, was it as good as my past Maus experience. No, it's a different time. But it wasn't a bad experience either. I have a cool truck that they will service for life. I want to thank these guys, I appreciated all their help.

Great initial experience with the sell rep i worked with Tim went the extra mile that's for sure! The same goes for Jesse as a sales manager he does a great job working with customers, and even the Finance individual i had the privilege to work with making the process quick and easy. Coupled eith good variety for both used and new vehicles. Now for reasoning behind the 3 star review... the Finance personnel i spoke woth regarding updates for registration which I understand may not be in the realm of which you control, but being sparky or rude in general isn't a great way to interact eoth people. Personally I think they would highly benefit from trading some customer service pointer from Jesse, Tim, or even the alternative Finance manager.

Overall great experience. Buying process was easy. Only issue was car was sent back to detail and once I had got a good chance to look it over the next day after traveling from Florida to Georgia, there was no owner’s manual with the car and the detail crew had miss getting the 2 already eaten sucker sticks and 1 not eaten sucker from car.. However the salesman was very great to work with and was not pushing to make a sell but wanting to make sure I was satisfied with what I was buying!!
