The online schedule made it easy to schedule an appt and pay for it at the same time. At our appt they replaced our tire quickly and staff was nice.

I ordered two tires from the Spring Hill Fl Commercial Way store. I made the appt., about 5 days out. Day of the appt, no advance warning, they say no installs, as the air compressor is down. So I contact the city of Brooksville Walmart and they say only 1 car in front of me, so I drive the 35 minutes there. So I check in about 2 PM, only 1 car in front of me. My wife and I return around 3:30 no change, van sits there, and no one did anything. I check again about 4 PM, it is now parked in front of a tire bay, they say they will get to it next. Now I am getting tired, check in store at 5PM,6 PM again, still there. Girl says it is done. Comes back 5 minutes later, she says it is not done. Meanwhile, there was probably 40 other customers that were walk ins of varied things from service to batteries that ALL got done and left. Now it is 7 PM, they turn the lights off on me in the auto area and my van is still not touched. Then I see the manager tell 2 guys they will need to get the 2 tire job vehicles done that were setting there all day and they were pitching a fit and making many comments. So now they do 4 tires on an SUV that sat there all day. Then my car finally goes in about 7:45 PM. they closed at 7PM. So the 2 complainers each do a tire. One messed up my hub cap ring and the hub cap was so loose it fell off driving, I recovered it and fixed the ring and put it back on. The other tire, I am sure out of spite, put a real short valve stem on the front driver wheel so you could not check pressure without removing the hubcap. I have owned the van since new and that was a first. Then, these tires call for 32 PSI, the bad valve stem tire was given 35 pounds and the other tire had 31 pounds. This is now 8 PM and I am able to leave. I did not even tell the 1 hour the poor girl used up from 7-8 PM to figure out the install snafu as i prepaid it. Pure nightmare. No apology from the manager. It appeared like they made me wait out of spite. NEVER AGAIN Walmart.

We purchased our tires here and got the road hazard insurance. I must say it really paid off. After running over something in the road my tire could not be repaired so they just replaced the tire with no out of pocket expense. What a great place. I've never known that this could be done before. The guys were so friendly and courtesy. I'm so grateful to all of them. Thank you Walmart Auto Care ❤

This location is not your normal location. All the staff I saw were focused on their tasks and the whole shop was buzzing with activity. This is not a first come first-served location so please don't park in the bays expecting to be next. Grab a parking spot and head inside to see a service writer or book ypur appointment online.

The team at this location is really awesome! I came in to pickup a tire that I ordered, Walmart seemed to be the only company to have the one I needed in stock. I asked if I could get it mounted to my wheel and they got it done for me. In and out in 15 minutes. Thank you so much for the fantastic service, it really made a difference!

Recommend the Auto Service Center at the Brooksville Walmart 100%>. They are courteous, dependable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I've had all 4 tires replaced, my battery replaced, and regularly use their service for my oil change. Never been disappointed.

These auto centers are very poorly managed. 3 hours and they’ve managed to change tires on 2 vehicles and neither of them had all 4 changed. Do not use them if you are even slightly in a hurry. They are not staffed properly for efficiency.

Ordered 4 tires. Brought my car in at 11 am for installation. They said it would be 4 hours, so i got a ride home and waited for a call. 5 pm and still no call. I tried calling 3 times. No answer. I called an Uber, thinking it must be done. I get here and find out they haven't even started. I am understandably irritated. The girl working the register finds it funny, and as I'm sitting here waiting she is actively mocking me behind the counter as she is flirting with a customer. This is why ppl hate Walmart.

We dropped our tire at service on Thursday morning after being ignored for 29 minutes. That evening went back and tire not installed. Next day still not done. Saturday morning I go back and the wheel and tire still sitting there not moved from where I sat it on Thursday. I wait another 1/2 hour as the staff wakes by like I was invisible. They were so confused and said they would work on it… nothing done. I waited all day on Sunday and nothing. I go in Monday morning… still not done. After work I go in and totally ignored until I got upset! NEVER have I had such horrible and rude service or lack there of. I finally asked if anyone could see me. Do not go there ever. Still upset over this treatment.

Came in for a tire rotation. All 4 tires for $20. A little wait as they had some people before me so I went to the gym while I waited. All done in about 90 minutes. The crew was friendly and professional, they topped off the air to the appropriate levels, and I am satisfied with their work, their speed and their customer service.

Some of the most lazy and incompetent people I have ever met in my life, Held our car hostage for 3 hours only to refuse to work on it because they wanted to go home early for New Year’s Eve. Never bothered to call us and left us stranded on a holiday. Completely fabricated an outrageous lie of an excuse just to leave early. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Ordered 4 new tires through walmart.com. They took 3 hours to mount and balance with the appointment and they were not balanced properly and one was mounted backwards being directional tires. Had to return for rebalance took another 2 hours. Update: Had to return for tire damage to the sidewall and left waiting for hours again for one tire while all bays remain empty.... Then I had to return and wait a couple more hours since they mounted the directional tire backwards again.

My experiences with Walmart Auto Care Centers in the past have been poor. Although I have never had an issue with the work performed, the customer service I have received at Walmart Auto has been bad. Usually, really bad. However, this has not been the case at the Brooksville Florida Broad Street location. In fact, (and because of this) I drive way out of the way and past another Walmart Auto location just to use the Broad Street location. Lisa, who works the customer service desk in the mornings is amazing. She has always been more than helpful and extremely professional. I have not experienced this kind of service at other Walmart Auto locations. Lisa has helped me over the phone twice and in person several times now. The techs at this location are also helpful, work quickly and are friendly. I have learned that key is to either walk in first thing in the morning or set an appointment when they open. Otherwise, they might behind and you may be there a bit longer than expected. Regardless of that, it's the service at this location that makes the difference. Thank you, Lisa, for always taking such good care of me. You really do understand what good customer service is and it shows with every interaction you have had with me and others I have observed you helping.
