Recently brought my truck there after getting hit everything seemed to be going smoothly as far as drop off and pickup the rental all that, but I go pick it up when it’s “done” and I’m driving home when I notice I have no radio lights or any on my dash what so ever for that matter and I don’t know what going on so I’m trying to mess with my dial and nothing is happening then they all turn back on full brightness won’t dim any , then I go to turn on my heat it is cranked to the max 90, as soon as I went lower then 90degreed I lost heat in the truck this is frustrating cause I recently had it fixed before the accident and was working perfectly now they are not willing to help claiming they only did cosmetic when they changed my headlight assembly which is electrical overall kinda disappointing

We had coverage from insurance to get our car painted after a wreck. I dropped my car off and they shuttled me home. No loaner cars they said. I didn’t care, they said it would only take a day. It took more than a week! We had no car…They lied about working on it right away. They kept saying it would be done the next day…never was. When we finally picked it up, there was primer over sprayed all over. Unbelievable the bad job they did. After waiting more than a week I had to take it back in again to have it scrubbed off. Who knows the permanent damage they did to the clear coat? Tyrone was the original painter. Bob didn’t even apologize. It still looks bad, but probably stuck with it. I thought an actual Chevy dealer would be more reliable.

Brought my car in 3 months ago for an estimate to get some minor body work done. Called several times for an update of when it could be put on the schedule. Was told each time by the shop manager that they were still waiting for the right headlight assembly to come in. Called again today, talked to the same manager. He looked up their estimate for my car and informed me that parts were never ordered. They have had an approved estimate from my insurance company for 3 months and have been lying to me the entire time. Save yourself the aggravation and deal with a company that has some ethics. I don't believe anyone there does!

Our Equinox was hit and damaged the driver's door. We took it to Register Chevrolet for repair. They did the estimate and dealt with the insurance company. The repair was said to take between 14 and 20 days. The car was ready on the 10th day. We picked our repaired Equinox up and are very satisfied. It looks as good as before. Not sure how many words I can write but it was the worst experience. I had my car taken there after it was rear ended. After a month of being there I had to call to find out it was ready. It was Monday when I called, and the car was actually ready on Friday. The exhaust was still completely bent and the mud flaps looked like they were cut to fit back on. They had to order the exhaust and I found that the sensors on the bumper were taped back on so they had to fix that too. I had to wait another 3 weeks for exhaust to come in with me calling on it, and after another couple weeks in the shop they still didn't replace the mud flaps. I had to call a couple weeks later on those in which Tyrone said it would take 30 min to install turned out to be another 2 hours. This was the worst service that I have ever gotten from a body shop. I can’t say enough good things about the people and the work of Register Chevrolet. Our car was damaged by a national chain repair shop and having heard good things about Register we took it there. We absolutely made the right choice. Register’s lead for us, Jennifer, did an amazing job with communication, and especially working with the insurance of the repair shop that damaged us which was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Through it all she worked closely with me sending a constant stream of emails, texts, and phone calls until our car was shipped back to us. You can’t even tell where the damage was. We even had them repair and repaint our front bumper which also looks amazing. If I ever have to work with another body shop again, the bar will be set very high because of the wonderful service and people of Register Chevrolet.

You need to make sure ALL the parts are working correctly before you take the car home. As I was driving away my radio wasn't working I had to turn back. Only to find out 2 wires were never connected. Then I get home to find out my rear hatch door isn't opening hands free anymore. So im too busy to take it back this is an inconvenience. The car should have been checked by the supervisor to make sure everything works as it supposed too.
