Terrible service! Rude workers! I'm 7 months pregnant I had my truck towed here they told me they couldn't move my truck into the bay without ruining my rim so they wanted me to pay $1000 for tires but then also have to replace my rim! They shouldn't have a tire center if they can't put a spare on or get a vehicle into there bay from 5 feet away!

We purchased four new tires for our ‘08 GMC and had them put on while we shopped. A month or two later, we suffered a puncture that could not be fixed, so we bought another under the prorated warranty for between $25-30. The thing is, it took a little while longer than it probably should because there was only one guy in the tire department. Mike. Mike is the man. I’ve never seen a guy work so hard under tough conditions as this vulcanized hero. Too bad Sam’s had trouble staffing today. Corona-19 stinks.

For being the only car and needing one tire this is the slowest and longest wait. Walmart didn't have my tire but even 3 cars deep they are faster than Sam's Club crew. While waiting so long the Man working the front took off the installation fee. Still have to wait about a hr+. Can't say I'd come back after such super slow service.

Bought set of tires for my large SUV two years ago. Had them balanced and rotated three times at this shop. Only once did they do it proper. I just had it done on 12.13 and then on 12.21 Had to got to Tuffy Tire and pay 40 bucks for proper tire balancing. I don't think they even care about the free balance and rotate service they offer. Terrible

Probably the worst service I ever had I went to get my order at the curbside my order took 20 minutes to get to me I can 100% understand if they were busy but there was no other car to be found it was just me, when they finally brought my order there was this nasty plus size lady with an attitude I came down to help her and she said with an aggressive look on her face that she "didn't need no help" so I said no problem but she didn't needed to be that rude soon as I said that she went off on me saying that she didn't have time for my BS so I said to her you know what that's fine I'll loaded up myself to my truck and them I leave. I took her name on her tag and I went on my way her name was theo.

Worst run tire center in my 40 plus years of buying tires. I was the first one here when they opened this morning. Was told I was 3rd in line got bumped over and over for simple leak in tire. Badly organized and only one guy working. Makes no sense for a large company like Sam's to be operating like this.

A completely shambollic experience today. Today, we had a 4pm appointment for new tires. We confirmed our appointment earlier in the day because we live more than 1/2 an hour away.We checked in at 3:39 and paid for 4 new tires and the install. About 30 minutes later, we were told the tires were not in stock. Then, it became interesting.. While we were figuring out what next .. we were told the inventory system was very inaccurate and he could not guarantee 4 tires in our size were even in stock. He suggested speaking with a manager. Btw.. the employee was gracious and polite. It appears this particular tire center is woefully understaffed. After a few minute wait, the manager appeared and said she would give us a higher priced tire at the same price. Four tires were taken to the back to be installed on our car. We waited some more .. we had now been at the tire center for an hour and a half. Finally the manager tells us nothing is available today ( even though we saw the 4 tires taken into the work bay and the tire center employee said the had begun to put the tires on our car ) and we need to reschedule our appointment so they can order tires. We specifically scheduled a weekend appointment because of prior commitments. We opted to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. Then we were told to go to the service counter. After waiting 10 minutes at the service counter, the very polite gentleman told us the service counter can not process refunds. So, back we go to the tire center. The manager did not know how to process the refund so called for help. It took 2 different employees to issue the refund. So, after almost 2 hours we left. Goodyear will be our go to for tires from now on. I would like to mention all the employees involved were polite and empathetic under challenging circumstances. This appears to be a primarily Sam's Club inventory and computer issue that put its employees in a difficult situation. We were told this issue has happened a few times this month.However we wasted an entire afternoon and will not be returning as customers. It seems undependable. Btw.. my husband did enjoy his hotdogs.
