When in for a oil change. They told me it would be around $280 for breaking pads “Apparently they were at 10%” took the car to my regular mechanic for them to tell me my break pads are not bad at all.

came in for an inspection today and they took my car to another shop without informing me about it. If I would have known they needed to drive my car across town for the emissions test I would have just had my car inspected somewhere else ..... The mechanic that drove off with my car was gone for over an hour. Not happy at all

Kayden the manager is excellent. Came to this location to solve a problem that another Mavis location created. Kayden took the time to listen to my concerns, and immediately pulled my car into the garage to check it out. Did everything in his power to have the problem corrected immediately. He was the most knowledgeable person I have met that works for Mavis. His customer service was great, his crew professional. Mavis would have lost a return customer if it wasn't for him and his crew. From here on out, I will only deal with him, and his garage.

The people working here have some serious heart involved in their job! I am so grateful that I stopped in this particular Mavis. I asked these folks to look at a truck that I was considering buying. They were super kind, said sure, no problem. Before they could even put it on the lift, it started raining rust. They pointed this out to me and told me that it was too dangerous to even put it on the lift. A tech put his head under it under and saw so much more rust. They were genuinely concerned that I had to drive it back to the owner. Every tech in that place was concerned because they could see that the vehicle was unsafe. These people saved me money and maybe more! THESE... are good people!!!

I went to the west market street location and the supervisor Kayden on site was way more than helpful. He explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. He did it with genuine intentions as well it wasn’t just so that they got a bunch of money from me, he actually did the best he could to help me save money in the areas I was able to while still making sure my vehicle was safe. I came in close to closing time but the technicians even stayed a little late to make sure that it was done. Everyone at the market street location were awesome I couldn’t have had a better experience and I found my new mechanics for sure. I will highly recommend
