After Walmart stripped my lug nuts while patching my tire, they instructed me to come back the next day. I have a civic with coilovers that needed an alignment. Turns out I needed adjustable control arms to fix my camber. Joseph got my cars toe aligned and gave a 3000 mile warranty so I could buy and install the part and bring it back to get the camber fixed. Great service, I plan to go back again.

On Sunday I needed to get my valve stem replaced quickly. The gentleman who was working the front desk said they could do that for free. He took my tire back and quick returned with a new valve stem. I was able to take the tire home and mount it with no issues. I checked and the tire was still holding air this morning. I appreciate the promptness and courtesy I experienced here.

Road debris punctured a tire Sat evening as we were heading back to Illinois. Installed spare and drove to auto store to try to plug tire myself. No success, needed professional help. After some simple research, I discovered Mavis was open on Sundays which was surprising as most places are closed. Made 9AM appt on Mavis website. I showed up 10 minutes early and Joseph saw me unloading the flat tire. He took it right into the shop to repair. They fixed the tire and installed it back on the truck for me. Very happy with the service and the speed at which they fixed it. Made the 10hr drive home.
