This is the best tire shop I’ve ever been to, I was so surprised to find out that this shop also does brakes and oil changes. Erica and Chris were so nice and knowledgeable and were able to answer any question I had. I’ve never felt so comfortable at an automotive shop before. This is my go to place and I’ll be bringing my parents and friends here to get any maintenance done to my car from now on. Thank you guys for being so helpful and kind.

My tire had a leak and I was nervous to deal with it alone since my husband, who normally does these things for me, is out of town. I decided to stop by Mavis because it’s near my job and was open late. Before I even arrived, I was impressed by the friendly voice over the phone, when I called to see if it was ok to come without an appointment. When I got there, I met Logan at the front desk. He was very polite while he checked me in and had friendly convo with me while my tire was patched. The other guys (whose names I didn’t catch) finished quickly, and had me out in no time. I will definitely be coming back!

Coming to this shop has been a treat, I’ve never felt so comfortable letting anyone else work on my car. I’ve had so many bad experiences at so many different automotive shops, I actually taught myself how to do brakes and oil changes and a handful of other things so I didn’t have to take my car anywhere to get maintenance done on it. When the time came to get tires, I had to suck it up and take my car to a shop, and honestly coming to this location has been a breath of fresh air. Chris, Erica, and a Scotty have been the most kind and helpful people in this industry I’ve ever met. My service was prompt, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, they DIDN’T TRY AND SELL ME THINGS I DIDN’T NEED! Anything they recommended for my vehicle, they walked me out into the shop and showed me exactly what the issues were and what caused them, and then gave me price quotes on the spot. The way I’ve been treated at this location is honestly unparalleled. This shop is laughably in a different league than any other shop in high point, and honestly any other shop in the surrounding cities. Nothing but love for this place and nothing but good energy from it. If you need any maintenance done on your car, you’d be stupid not to take it to this location.

Wonderful group of guys. They took care of my vehicle a couple days ago. The review that Mr. poindexter left is a complete fabrication. I was there that day. He was treated with respect. He brought his own tires to be mounted and they were large, low profile tires that broke their machine. Instead of forcing the tire on and potentially scratching his rim they made the decision based entirely on what was best for the customer. I heard the entire conversation between the managers trying to figure out the situation. The customer came back and was mad that they couldn't install his tires and threw a fit. Some customers just can't be satisfied. This is a great store and an even better group of guys.

Great experience here! Staff was super friendly and was willing to work with me to find the best solution to my problem. I had picked up a screw during the day in one of my tires. Unfortunately it was in a spot where they couldn’t patch it. They said we could replace the tire but recommended doing a full set because the rest were about halfway into the yellow. So they did what they could to get me the best deal on a new set of tires and were pretty fast about getting them done too.

This store was amazing! I had some issues I needed to get fixed day of and usually places will tell you there’s no way to squeeze you in without an appointment, but they got me in immediately! The service was quick, it was extremely professional, and they’ll definitely be seeing me soon. Not only did they tackle my original issue, but they also gave me a few “heads up” to hopefully save me some time, money, and stress in the future! Chris was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he never “just did” anything, he always made sure I was in the loop and knew what was going on step by step!
