Avoid it. Worst dealership I have ever known. They do not have any idea what customer service is about. I just left after being there for 15 minutes with my car inside the service Bay and nobody approached me or ask me what did I need service on. It was a similar situation when I bought my car there. So avoid it. There is plenty of other Chevrolet dealership around. This is a situation where it comes from top to bottom. Manager semms like he do not care about it. Shame . Avoid it

January 4, 2024 brought our GMC sierra Denali in for oil and filter change and tire rotation… Had a little hiccup, which was not bad, and thanks to the great service tech “Carolyn” she took care of us as if we were royalty… she went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met promptly. Even with an early morning appointment, my vehicle was not ready when promised. In fact, it was not even looked at the first day. On day two, no service was done until late in the afternoon even though I had clearly stated at drop off that my vehicle was needed for family trip. Service department or scheduler really dropped the ball on this one.

Very disappointed I took my truck in for a oil change Two off my tpms sensors were out on my truck which I knew was out after I got my truck and checked the tires sensors all 4 of them were out and my check engine light was on I called back up there to see why they deleted all 4 of my tires sensors and why my check engine light was on they said they didn’t do that which 2 of them were working and all of them aren’t working. I told the person that I wasn’t happy and would not come back. They said okay and have a nice day. I’ve bought 3 Trucks from them over the years and this is the first time that this has happened I’ve very disappointed of how this was handled with just a move on and have a nice day. Will find another place to get service on my truck and will never go back.

I have had a good experience every time because Bryan is very experienced and knows his stuff. Guys come and go but employees like Bryan is what makes it all go. Highly disappointed. Upon receiving an under hood repair, there appeared to be damaged done to an interior item. The shop brushed off my request to make it right but offered another chargeable service, which has led me to believe that it was done intentionally. I was warned of dealership service shop shady antics. I wish I had taken heed to all warnings. I have even asked them to remove me from their electronic mailings and they have not done so. I have no desire to patronize these crooks.

Stopping here because it’s closer is simply a mistake on my part. My Escalade has nitrogen in the tires and I came in for the nitrogen to be added to the tires. This process takes more than a couple of minutes. When you tried to talk me into air in the phone instead of nitrogen, I should have known then. I’m thankful for honest dealerships; unfortunately, this isn’t one. I will make the drive elsewhere in the future.
