Unprofessional stupids: this place is total junk and they don’t know how to talk to customers. They ask high prices without knowing the actual problem of the car. They will never understand you and you will not understand their language or body language.

The worst place to fix your car. I own a Srt8 Charger I bought cutout valves for my exhaust to be installed. The workers put the valve on to low and also had my electric wiring hanging out from my undercarriage. This cause my cutouts to get damaged and one of them coming off while I was driving. Very upset with there work. Also they will sit in your car and dirty your sealing of car with there hands. Try not to bring your car here.

I went there and wait about half an hour. I requested one worker to give me one minute. I will wait if price is reasonable. It made noise from muffler. Looks like they didn't care. So, I left without fixing.

Went here about a year ago to get my catalytic converter replaced. Replaced it along with the piece that’s called the flexible . Job lasted about 10 months had to go to another shop to get it fixed since this place it’s closed on Sunday’s cause that’s the day the flexible piece was coming off . Won’t go here again to get a muffler job if I need one again in the future . It wasn’t cheap 400$ for the whole job of the converter flexible part and labor . You pay that you expect for it to be a good job that would last a long time .

Worst customer service ever, they installed a cheap part to my car and charged me full price. when i complained and they changed again but my car kept engine light on. they gave me 6 month warranty and now don't want to honor, will be filling a complain with consumers affairs. they charged me 770 for the wrong catalytic converter. I want my money back.

Scammers, liars, and untranslatable! I came to replace my old noisy catalytic converter with a new one and to recycle the old one for money at the scrap yard. They lied saying they had to keep the old one, company policy (they wanted to scrap it themselves). When I called them out for lying they said they'd let me keep my old cat for $175. Hah! It's not even worth that because it's all broken up (can tell from noise). After I refused and told them I would be leaving they changed their mind and completed the job giving me back my old cat. They did an okay job, but I would never trust them. I stood and watch them work for the entirety of the job to ensure they wouldn't dump anything out of my old cat or do a poor job on my vehicle

Horrible, do not recommend. They mentioned to me that the main part of the muffler was good and that the small part needed to be replace,. I purchased the main part which I payed $115 at Pepboy@Tremont ( sales person recommended this place, maybe he gets commission). They charge me $225 for the replacement of the small part, that it wasnt the same part as the old part and their respond was it does the same function. I regret not reading reviews. And make sure to ask for your old parts, for sure they make profit off them..

If I could give them a negative start I would, we had to get our catalytic converter replace as it was stolen. After we brought our car here and spent over $1000 on the work, we kept getting the engine light on, finally got it diagnosed again and now we have to REDO the work because the catalytic is no good. We barely use our car. They should close places like this down who are just there to rip off people.

This place is the biggest rip off ever. My son went there and they saw him coming. Butchered the muffler pipe into four pieces. Installed a 30 dollar amazon muffler. And did 4 garbage welds. Using old and new pipes. Charged him 400 dollars. I will be calling every single state & city inspectors to shut this place down. If anyone here got ripped off by these clowns. Please share your horror story or contact ne. We will take these bad actor's down

Over the Christmas Holiday my car broke down after driving from Buffalo, NY to Bronx, NY and Maximo Muffler were able to fix the car problem at a great price in less than two hours! Very thankful and I plan to allow them to look at my car next time I’m in town this spring! Good help is sometimes had to find, and the guys were knowledgeable and helpful
