Ask for Mike or Rick they take care of you plus they don’t overcharge like other repair shops. I’ve gotten a lot of work done at this shop which they help and exceed expectations every time

Daughter took her car here to have blower motor checked and they said they replaced it but now it has a short in the connection so was it the original problem because it’s still not working and it’s been there 3 times now within 10 days and it’s still not fixed

I have been coming here for the last 3-4 years. They do the best work and the price for labor is honest and fair. I recommend them to anyone!

If I could I’d give them -1000 after I left my car caught on fire on the freeway by carpenter road and 75 and they said they were putting some fluid in my car and never told me exactly what they were putting. Right after I left this happened and now I’m left with no car and I still paid them to check out my car??? I will be trying to sue!!!! Plus when I called he tried to say it was my engine but my engine never caught on fire it was in the middle of my car😂

Called once before and got a quote for a rack and pinion in my car for like $150 I believe Called again today just to make sure it was the same price. The guy told me they don't do that and then hung up on me

Been coming here fir a while now. Just recently came to get a wheel barring and a tie rods replaced. Excellent pricing on parts and labor. When Orielly gave me the wrong part, the owner gave me a ride to get it replaced. And they took care of my front end alignment. Rick is awesome. Definitely recommend this place

I lost my brakes on a trip to northern Michigan. Found them on Google maps and drove the truck to the shop. They did a great job fixing it for me at a fair price. Thank you!

I had the swaybar links on my daughter's Jeep replaced there in August of 2024 before she left for college. I was told there was a lifetime warranty on them. They purchased them from O'Reilly Auto Parts. She's had trouble with her truck ever since. I took the truck into two different mechanics and was told that the swaybar links needed to be replaced and that they do not look new. It has been only 10 months! The owner told me he was not replacing them and, because Michigan roads are so bad and these are cheap Chinese parts, there's no warranty and nobody would have ever told me that. He then goes on to say they're covered for maybe 3-4 months, then, not a minute layer, says maybe 6-7 months. I immediately got confirmation from O'Reilly's that there is, indeed, a lifetime warranty on them. NEXT STOP-DISTRICT COURT! They messed with the wrong mama...who just happens to be an attorney!
