My insurance company requested a tow. This company never showed up. They don't answer the phone, and don't return messages. Do NOT recommend this business! Unreliable!

I wish I could give this place negative stars!!! Do not take your car here, the owner told me that my car was fine but it wasn’t. I drove my car for TWO minutes and my car was worse than it was when I brought it there. I went back and told the owner and he said he would fix but still charged me for something that wasn’t fixed. I wish I never took my car here and I will be telling everyone how bad this place is!

NOT A TRUSTED BUSINESS We did graphics for their towing truck, Business card, signs, etc. couple months ago the owner paid us with a check which bounced. After that he never picked up the phone. And obviously he never paid us back

Very good job done on my BMW, I tried so many places. I was spending money for same problems. My coworker recommended me to that shop and I was like wait a minute, bad reviews shop? I was afraid but now I got a great experience so far even the customer service was very communicative step by step. Thank you

I never do this but I have to; never go here. The owner is nice enough but the service for my car was terrible. I broke down on I-40, had my car towed here because the address was for what once was a carmax maxcar facility but apparently that changed recently. So now in its place is this shop. Mechanic said my car needed a new muffler and new starter motor, he replaced both for $640 and when I picked my car up it started. Then I got down the road and the car was having the exact same issues that shut it down prior to the “service” that was performed on it. I asked the guy specifically if the car would make it home and he said yes. Well my car did not make it home without the assistance of a tow truck. I broke down AGAIN and when I texted and tried to call the guy he was not responding. I implore anyone who wants honest good work done to their vehicle… avoid this shop.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!! They are shady and don’t do the work on your vehicle that they say they’ve done. While we were there another customer was there and said his car had been there for four (4) months. They had our car for 2 weeks and kept adding stuff to what was wrong and we ended up having to take it to another shop to be fixed. Their customer service is horrible!! Luis, the owner is terrible!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!!

I needed a tow truck, and my insurance company called them to come and pick up the car. The app that they use said there was 120 minute window, so we called the service and the guy told us he would be there within an hour. Over 2 hours later he did not show up and stopped answering his phone. We left a voicemail and he never called back. The insurance company sent the request to another company that was courteous and came and picked up the car right away. I would not recommend this business to anyone, the other review is dead on.
