after going in yesterday to have them replace a power steering line they decided to put on a fuel line which blew out this morning on my way to work and I had to go spend more money to have the correct hardware put on.

The most unfair repair estimate I've ever experienced. They wanted to charge $350 for $50-80 job. "The book says it is a two hour job. Nonsense...45 mins atbest.

Note to self: NVR go there again. Over-priced, horrible service. Took forever to fix car, had to take it in twice cus the first time they messed up on my tires and tried to blame it on me/weather; afterwards, they told me I needed to pick car up right away. Rude owners, inexperienced workers. Car is still messed up. Dislike.

I was informed a starter repair cost 68 dollars .when I picked up the car it was priced out at 386 dollars a far cry from the 68 .I complained in person and was basically ignored when asking why so inflated a price .I drove my unsafe car home not wanting to be charged 45 a day more for storage.i was understandably angry and frustrated by the lack of a real answer .I will never use this place again and will gladly tell anyone else not to use them either. I must have had sucker written all over my forehead .be very warey of business with this place .the final result is not close to the built up expectation .was promised a great inexpensive repair all I got was an inflated bill.

Owners are very hard working a bit dirty but they get the job done. Go here every time something happens and great on prices. Always will to help. People who rate 1 star, they are the ones who cause the issue not the workers. Was there before and some guy yelled at him demanding a smaller price. People these days need to understand it’s not cheap it’s what happened to your car and what you’ll need to pay for it

These guys are absolutely life savers!!! I have had the worst luck I've over the last couple of days with my tire! I have been trying to get on the road to get out of town for 3 days now!! Every place I went was over priced or closed. We happened to see this place on the corner, and without hesitation, they fixed not only my 1 bad tire, but gave me 2 almost new tires for less than everyone else wanted for 1! I'll be coming back here EVERY TIME I need a tire or any other small repair... I would recommend these guys to anyone I care about as well!

Yesterday, amidst a bunch of financial issues I'm already having to deal with, I had to miss work because my vehicle's rear blinker has been stuck on for the whole weekend. Tried to leave and the battery was dead. Luckily this place is within walking distance of where I live, though I'd never taken my vehicle there before. I've had bad luck with mechanics in the past, so I'm usually skeptical about taking my vehicle to a shop I'm not familiar with. But I didn't have much of a choice, so I walked in and asked if they could help. They told me to leave the keys and my info and they'd come get it. They walked to my apartment with a jump box, brought the vehicle over, worked all day trying to figure out the solution (including ordering a new turn signal and trying that out), and finally told me a dealership would be my best bet since this one was out of their hands. I figure any place that's willing to admit they don't have the resources to give you a solution instead of trying to make up some bigger reason to charge you is doing it for the right reasons. Still, I expected a labor charge, so I asked them how much I owed them after working on it outside in the cold all day. They told me not to worry about it and didn't charge me a dime. So if you're looking for an honest, hard working crew of mechanics, go to MC Auto! These people deserve your business!

My fiancé went into this shop this morning to get his tires replaced because his were absolutely bald and pulling up he was unsure about how they were going to do but he came home saying it was the best experience with the mechanic Jessie! He did everything and more to replace the tires and check everything my fiancé was concerned about. My fiancé also has his degree in mechanics so he knows when he’s being screwed over. Definitely will be going back for future needs!

I couldn't be happier with MC. I had a few things done and my car is operating great. A lot of mechanics are what I call 'parts changers' until the car runs. Not so with these guys. They diagnosed it and gave me a good estimate and stuck to it, made the repairs in good time with no surprise charges. Very nice guys.I recommend them. I will be back.
