THIS PLACE IS TOTALLY AWESOME. I had a brake inspection done there on both my cars and I was in and out of there quickly. The person who helped me was Scott, and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need and gave me great information about my cars. OH YEAH, it was all FREE!!! Great service, knowledgeable people, definitely recommend them!!

Came for a tire rotation and asked to have a nail removed and tired patched. It wasn’t. Had to go to Big O’ Tires to have it done the next day. Came back for another issue with a leaking tire and they patched it so good the tire went flat the next day. Learned my lesson from this place. Never buying tires here again.

So my dad told me that this is the only place he takes his cars for brakes. After having many failure attempts with trying to get my brakes fixed the right way I took my car here. The employees are so nice and the best part is that you can tell that they care. Very affordable and best service in town. I will no longer be taking my car anywhere else besides here.

I was greeted with a smile by the manager, who immediately directed me where to park. It only took about 15min to fix my flat tire and replace my spare. I informed the manager that I was in the army, and he refused to accept payment. This truly made my day! I'm glad that there are business owners who respect the military enough to be so generous. I highly recommend this business!

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a service shop. I needed a brake job before my trip in a few days and the Subaru dealership didn't have appointments for 2 weeks. I went ahead and did a quick search on Yelp and McCoy was the first one on the list. I went through their reviews and noticed some of the recent reviews were praise for walk-in service, fast service and a shop for the people. One thing to note is the website says 730 but everywhere online and the door says 8am. They are very prompt though. I showed up walked into the tire lobby and was greeted instantly. Asked for brake service and was directed to go to the building across the way for that type of servicing. Scott was behind the counter and got me on the way. I asked if there was time to get me in and he asked if I could leave the car with him. I asked about what time I should expect my car to be looked at and he said right after lunch if not sooner. For me, as long as I was able to get in by the end of the day I was winning so I was ok with it. I received a call around 11 explaining what they found, what they confirmed and a couple of paths forward. I was prepared for full service front and rear but was suggested to only service the rear and partial the front. I was ecstatic and asked if we could get it done today and he said we'll get started right away. Right around an hour later Scott had called and said my car was ready for pick up. Not only was it under the cost I was expecting but it was a huge relief knowing that they were able to get my brakes done in less than a day. When I showed up for pick up I went to the service area and was pointed back to the other service area, when I got there I was pointed to the cashier counter. Im sure next time I go there I wont be as turned around trying to find my way. The service was outstanding, check out process was seamless and team working was very warm and welcoming. Without a doubt my new favorite shop in the valley and will definitely be the first call/stop if and when I need servicing. McCoy is the definition of under promise, over deliver.

OK these guys are my guys now for tire, wheel alignment and everything tire ☺️… I just brought my car in because I was hearing some clicking noise in the front ARM area… Come to find out a few bolts were loose and they tighten them up and all is good… Thank you Jesus! And thank you to the guys over at McCoys tires for taking really good care of me! And I have to add that the shop is the cleanest organized shop I have ever been in. 😎

I usually use McCoy over on McHenry, so this was my first time at this location. I called ahead and asked about the wait (on a weekend) and they had no one in line but were closing in an hour. I had a flat tire that needed a patch only. I drove in and staff was basically waiting for me. Within about 2 min the tire was off my car and they were rolling it away! 15 min later I was back on my way. Good value, good service, and pro staff. Pretty much everything you could ask for!

Decided to get brakes checked during road trip because I knew my car was probably due for brakes. Turned out I needed front pads and rotors turned. McCoy Tire did excellent work and went above and beyond helping me get the parts I needed since I wasn’t going to be in town for very long. Highly recommend. Excellent service and high quality work!

I took my lifted truck in to get tires and a full alignment. They not only took great care of my truck they also let me know the shape it was in. Thank God for McCoy tire. My ball joint had had it and my back breaks. Other shops would’ve made me make another appointment. Not McCoy, they showed me the damage, asked if they could take care of it and fixed it in no time. Wow, what a difference in my truck. Thank you Mc Coy and all your awesome staff. I’ll be back and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their tires and more. After coming here they fixed an serious issue that was caused by another shop from down the street. Thank you so much for taking great care of us! UPDATE: had to remove 5 star. Car ride still feeling bouncy in less than a week so went back so they can check it out they said it was the control arms. Had to go back the very next day cause issue was still there guy said it was normal road noises. (had car for almost 3 years never sounded like that until recently) went to another shop to get 2nd opinion turns out axle is loose on side they worked on.

so I had a flat tire and I went to the shop because I’ve been going to this shop for years and the guy takes off my wheel off of my car and take it back waste a little bit time and it brings it back And he put it Back on my car And I specifically asked him if he patched the plug that I had in there and he said yes, we patched it from inside so long story short, he didn’t even fixed the flat tire i had He just took off the wheel of the car and put it back in there thats it he lied you know I feel stupid because for lying I tipped him and I went To speak to the manager, the guy has so much that he didn’t even listen to me he kept walking away. He was like don’t waste my time.

Poor quality of service, advice, and knowledge. Completely uncaring to the working man and our dollar. Scott cost me $169 from basically just guessing and not getting off his seat to do the work. Also I still need the pads and shoes done so that's extra $$$ . Don't go here.
