I got an online quote from this place to have my 2015 car painted. The price online was $1,100 for medium-grade paint, with an additional $200 for a color change and $250 for door jambs—though those costs were written in very small print. However, when I arrived at the shop, the price suddenly jumped from $2,200 to as high as $5,000! This business has way too many surprises and hidden fees. I prefer dealing with companies that are upfront and honest, not ones that lure you in with low quotes only to hit you with a much higher price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a straightforward and fair deal.

Beautiful paint job. The old paint was pealing off and rusting. The new paint looks like new. It’s smooth and shiny without runs, scratches or holidays. I’m not sure if the car was worth the paint job but I am sure that the paint job was worth the money.

We drove 2.5 hours each way to have our very large, food truck painted at Maaco Modesto. They did a fantastic job and with a challenging color. Sunshine yellow! It looks great. Very knowledgeable and buttoned up. We get compliments all the time! Thanks Russ and the entire Maaco team. Only wish they could have painted the rest of the aluminum bits of the truck. But this group stands by their warranties and couldn't guarantee those aspects of the truck wouldn't peel. So, the moral of the story is...they're great. But know that if you have a food truck they won't paint the new aluminum pieces. Otherwise, great service, great price and great people. Totally recommend!

I just picked up my 1948 chevy 5 window pickup truck from Macco Modesto that was completely repainted.
