Recently got an alignment on my vehicle after noticing crazy camber wear on a tire. Went in after replacing my tire and the shop guys are really cool. Very nice people. They are low car friendly, but to an extent. They will be careful and use blocks to get the car up the alignment rack, making sure they don’t pull, push, or scrape anything. So unless you’re on bags or on a 1-2in drop (track stance) or are okay with potentially removing your front end, I’d look elsewhere. So to the experience on the work. 1st time steering wheel was left crooked and pulled. They do have a 7 day warranty on alignments. Make sure to phone in first however. 2nd time went in after phoning them, as again I was experiencing wear on the same tire. Took me in right away, again employees were very friendly and polite. Was told camber was adjusted on the rear as it was off. Again wheel was off but not as much as the first time. Cars still continued to pull ever so slightly. In the end went to another shop that I was recommended by other local guys. “Pay once, cry once.” is what I was told. Would I go back for an alignment? Maybe not. Would I go for tires? Most definitely. Looks like they have a really good range on tire sizing.

My tire blew out right outside of their shop around 7am. As soon as they opened their gates they came out to help me. They brought their tools out to my car and got me back out on the road in no time! Javier and Tom were extremely polite and quick. I was grateful to have broken down where I did. I arrived at the auto center at 8am, before opening, requesting expedited installation of my coilovers. The staff assured me it would be ready by 11:00 a.m, so I left my vehicle and took an Uber home, confident in their timeline. Three full days later, the work was finally complete. This unexplained delay raised serious concerns about their reliability. I even offered additional payment to prioritize the job, but it was met with no urgency or follow-up. The poor communication and disregard for my time made this an unacceptable experience. Seek better options elsewhere.

I brought my 2014 Honda Civic to Tire and Wheel Center to get a wheel alignment and a tie rod kit installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. What really impressed me is that for the last five years, I’ve been going from shop to shop trying to get my alignment done correctly and nobody could ever get it right These guys took their time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done the right way.
