Had my car worked on twice from here after one accident and one hit and run. After having my car returned to me each time the car looked beautiful again. After my accident in May 2017 i took my car to another auto body shop where i was told that some panels did not have a gloss protective coat. They pointed out the matte panels_ which were the areas that were worked on previously. I looked through my receipts where it said clear coat and told the new auto body shop, they said most likely it was due to laziness or forgetfulness! In the end this devalued my car almost $300 after claimed a total loss. Go elsewhere this place is lazy and devalues your car!

Cheap paint pressure washer damaged paint, they only use one coat of paint and no primer which is why pain chips off, they use Chinese parts instead of oem charged your insurance to much and spends so little to fix your car and charges the insurance for parts he “installs” but doesn’t. I don’t recommend the shop the quality is not worth for what they charge and I use to work at a body shop I know what the costs are and the quality that should be done.

I was in a car accident and AAA recomended this shop to me. The only good thing i can say is the young lady thst helped me in the office was wonderful at helping me out. But as for the body work that was done on my car it was poor quality. My hood was in good standing when my car was tsken in and now it does not stay up on its own. The front bumper by one of the headlights is popñed out. And they left me eith a lump in my tire and a small slash on the otherand when i told them my alignment was off thy said it was because the roads are not level. I've never heard that before. But i defently would not recomend this shop to anyone. The way they let my car leave was unacceptable.

All that junk, all that junk inside that trunk!!! I can't thank the crew enough for fixing the latch on my caddy! Took my ride to Steve's Chevrolet TWICE and they didn't fix it plus had terrible customer service! These guys had the part ordered and had it fixed the NEXT DAY and gave me updates via text! My entire experience was friendly, fast and fair.
