I called and asked for the idoing Eddie said yes they had it when we got there, he didnt have one. I got suckered into buying a unit I didn't want becasue he stated it could stream videos like the idoing. Eddie said they wouldn't have to remove parts from my car just plug and play. That was not the case at all they without permission went and added a mic by my rearview mirror. They added a usb but not where my usb was in the center console but now in the glove box, super inconvenient, he also said it would lay flush, and it is sunken in. They had me come pick up my car around 5 but its dark by that time. I'm sure that's part of their hussle. I dropped my car off 9 am got it back 5 pm with everything I hate.. I'll never recommend this company or have them touch your car. 1k out the window. and a unit I still dont like. Its also suppose to have video playback and I've spent 8 hours researching and trying different apps and nothing works. Eddie will straight up lie to you and get whatever he can from you. They spliced into our writing harness without permission and did a horrible job. Don't take your car here if you car about it. Take it across the street to people that care about their customers.

This place rocks! They fixed a wiring issue extremely fast. I originally purchased my stereo system 9 years ago and it is still working great. Their window tinting is top notch. Oh, and their prices are affordable.

overcharging me with my head unit still in pieces is crazy , if i never double checked the car and said something they wouldve just let me drive outta there and force it on myself when the carplay port was coming out a place it shouldnt have been in the first place , sloppy work and sloppy help especially from the mechanic and art , had me waiting around waiting for an answer on a order part while his mechanic went to lunch , ive bought 4 door speakers and i got overcharged for cheap lowend sony speakers ive been here so many times thru the years but only recently have they got untrustworthy and unreliable , i recommend the better option across the street

These guys are awesome! Just pimped out my Honda Civic. They did an awesome job, sounds crisp and smooth. The building is very clean and they are a very affordable audio place. The salesman, Art, was very professional, helpful and kind. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my car back after 10 years to get the defective film replaced since I have a paper stating “life time warranty “ from them. Audio pros claims they dont get reimbursed for labor only for film when using solar guard. I called solar guard company myself and they confirmed that audio pros does get reimbursed back for LABOR AND FILM they don’t know why he’s charging. Don’t believe me call yourself. Spoke to 2 people from solar guard. Eddie the owner at audio pros tried to charge me for the removal. Once I mentioned his sales rep Nic from solar guard he switched up quick. He ended up telling me he would remove my film for free but couldn’t guarantee my defrost lines. That it’ll be destroyed and that if I could call nic back and tell him that Eddie took care of me 🤣 doesn’t that sound weird. Make sure u get a solar guard pamphlet if u get your windows tinted with that brand don’t believe them when they say they “ran out” that’s the only way u can get your defective film replaced at ANY place that USED SOLAR GUARD FILM on your vehicle. Eddie told me they ran out that’s his way of making sure his clients come back to only him and charge a “removal fee”Shady. I called next door to MODESTO WINDOW TINT to confirm that the defrost will be damaged and I was told that Modesto window tint would take care of me. I had modesto window tint remove my back window tint and let me tell you ALL my defrost lines are on there. Go to there page for picture. In my opinion Eddie should really stick to selling car systems and let the real professionals tint.

I'm giving these guys 3 stars because they did a pretty good job on my 08 Charger R/T window tint a few months back, but... when I brought in my 1980 extended window van I was turned away. I was told "not even for $1000"! Remember in the 80s when window tinting was all done by skilled labor? I had every car of mine done that way back then. Nowadays if there isn't a computer cutout pattern of the film for your car's windows, you get to learn how to do your own tinting. He also said he'd have to remove the tint that's already on the windows. Factory tint wasn't a film that was removable back then either. It was built in between the layers of glass. These are nice big windows with tons of room to work!

Horrible! They left my brand new car dented! I own a 2008 Pontiac Solstice and I have barely had it for not even 2 weeks. It is my first car and I wanted a new stero system and to add a back up camera. Came back to a dented car. Went in and confronted them and they immediately accused me of scamming them. Would not go back, total scammers who will rip you off and lie to your face. To make it worse, when I asked to see the footage they wouldn’t show me all of it and only showed me leaving. I am devastated and so sorry I ever put my trust into these people. Take accountability for what you did.

My Dad Butch went down to get a new stereo installed in his truck and stopped into Audio Pros and was working with the owner who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dad was able to get a new stereo system installed that worked and was hooked into his truck correctly. Dad is so pleased and I wanted to give a shout out and say thank you for making my Dad a Vietnam combat veteran happy while he is driving around. We will highly recommend you to anyone who needs any vehicle audio needs.
