If I could give negative stars I would. I had a bad experience with them and even the owner didn't care that he might loose a client. He had one of his workers tell me that I had to bring my own tools. 100% don't recommend going there and I never going to get there service again

I wish I could give them NO STARS. So I bought 2 used tires from them at $45 each. They put them on the front of my Pickup. The first tire exploded on the freeway. Turns out the tires were re-capped. so I went back to the tire dealership and took the tire to show them and they offered me $15 off my next tire. Then The second of the two tires exploded getting on the freeway again. Thank God I didn’t have my kids in the truck. Once again I went back to the tire place and they’re responses was “I’m sorry we bought the tires from somewhere else we didn’t know they were recapped there’s nothing I can do for you”. I will never go there again or recommend anyone else to.

Best tire shop around ! Called and owner answered on second ring unlike all the other place I called that it just rang and rang , told him my tire size and he knew right off the bat that he had my size , gave me a price over the phone , went right down there and waited maybe 3-4 minutes and then he had my tire off and changed in a matter of minutes and the price didn’t change at the end ! Excellent service! Definitely will be going back

Because of the malpractice of this tire shop, the cost to properly replace my tires was an extra $200 in addition to the original cost of the tires($300). So much for saving money buying used tires... They advertised a set of tires on Facebook. I contacted them and we agreed on a price, so I show up the next day. I showed the worker our messages so he would know which tires to install on my car. He then proceeded to install a different set of tires without asking me first. (It turns out he did not have the advertised tires anymore). I questioned him about it, so he then offered a different set of tires for a discounted price. I agreed with the offer and they replaced the tires with the other set. On my drive home, the car was shaking pretty bad. I pulled over at a different tire shop, which was about 20 miles away. They said it sounded like my tires were not balanced, a service which the guys at Ordaz Tires were supposed to have done. While the new shop was rebalancing the tires, they found one of the tires had a clearly visible bubble on the sidewall. This means that the workers at Ordaz Tires willingly installed the defective tire on my car. I had to purchase a new tire to replace the defective one. In total, I spent an extra $200 because of the unprofessional service by this shop. This was for a new tire and rebalancing the tires. If the defective tire would have popped and caused me an accident, that number would easily be much higher.

Been goin here 20+ years . New owners are trash . Had a 5 star review b4 . Last cupple times I went they up the price to where now my lady paid 60 for a used tire and it was trash. They don't wanna balance or nothin . Ever since the older man stepped away they just been lazy and over priced . I'll be goin else where sad to say it was a good run tho

This tire place is great and the reason why I say that, they always have the tires that I need and for some reason other places in Modesto and Ceres won't carry them. Customer service is awesome and they always do it with a smile. I never had any problems in this spot or with their prices. I always recommended to a lot of my friends and family to come here to get their tires. And you don't wait that long because I think the most I waited to get my tires is probably 10 minutes LOL.

The new guys are alright, fast and quick service. Reasonable price. They are upfront with you. They do take credit or debit a bit of fee use. Better to have cash on you in general. They speak Spanish/English as well.

They sold me a bald used tire for 55 bucks & didn't tire balance & didn't provide a receipt. This was yesterday & LITERALLY HAD to replace it The next day. The tall dude is rude & they have a little kid doing the purchase transactions, hence no receipt. I'm surprised this place is still in business. Worst tire place in Modesto. No exaggeration.

DO NOT COME HERE !! Would not be back here came to get both my front tires changed because was taking a trip to Monterey and when I get there my car starts making a weird noise but thought it was my rotors come to find out I look at my tires and I’m missing lug nuts on my car and I know it was this shops fault because I’ve changed my breaks myself and put my tires on without any issues and to think my tires could’ve flew off at any moment with my newborn niece in the vehicle and sisters, and could’ve cause an accident is not okay next time will read reviews

Horrible service, they are very inconsiderate and inconvenient. I’ve driven by multiple times and an employee stopped traffic from both ways to let his client back out; you do not control traffic, you fix cars, and looking at these reviews you’re clearly bad at it too.

if you want to increase your chances of dying on the freeway I would suggest you go to this place I went and got all my tires done by these people who used to be a good service and one of my tires barely 2 weeks after getting it done flew off on the freeway and come to find out the tire was put on wrong then I had to get a new tire from somewhere else and when I go and get my new tire those people tell me that my lug nuts were weren't even screwed in all the way and that's why my car has been so wobbly thankfully for the other tire shop my car is back to normal and my life is no longer at risk do not go to this place no matter how convenient or cheap it is do not go the service used to be good but it is absolutely 0️⃣ I would give this 0 stars if it was possible
