Waste of time and money. We're not helpful trying to help me find the leak in my van. Went into figure leak of power steering and told me I need to replace a part I just replaced due to it not being the right one. Made up I needed a special one when there is only one replacement part for that hose and wanted to charge me $400. Robbed me of $90 dollars for diagnostic and made up lies to get money. Would not recommend.

Acevedo’ s was recommended to me, my power steering pump went out on my vehicle and I called them gave my a decent quote so when I dropped off my vehicle so they can do the work I was trying to find out where to go the sun was in my eyes and was looking into a dark shop and I ended tripping over the forks on a forklift that was partially blocking one of the stalls which I did see the forks after I was able to sit up, two men came to help me up, they did ask me what happened and asked if I was alright and if I could move my right arm one of the men did keep asking if I could move my arm I could only move my arm below my elbow. Nothing else was done about the accident, no one attempted to make a report and I was obviously not thinking about a report because of the pain I was in. I soon as I left I went to the ER where to come find out that I broke my upper arm (shoulder). When the shop called me the next day to let me know that my vehicle was done, I did tell the owner about what happened but didn’t seem at all concerned about me, he just kept saying how could I not see the forklift I said well I didn’t see it the sun was in my eyes, but he was very rude about the whole situation. So my son picked up my vehicle the next day and parked it in my driveway, a few days later he looked at my vehicle and saw orange paint and a scuff mark on the front passenger side bumper. So it looks like that someone hit my vehicle with a forklift but I can’t prove it. I will not be going back! They didn’t even try to make it right!! Now I wasn’t looking for him to not charge me for the full amount but maybe he would have taken 1/2 off. I will be out of work for 3 weeks and wages lost! I wished I would have made a report now!!
