We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I feel as though we spoke to almost everyone there, but the salesman Selman Vildirim was very patient and helpful through the entire process and deserves special praise. We also had a trade in, and the dealership was very fair regarding that part of the transaction. They were also willing to deal with us and get the right car, and made the numbers make sense for us. Everything in the dealership is clean and this was really overall a great experience. I would not hesitate to refer anyone here.

Honestly, my experience was 6/5 stars. I went on Sunday to test drive the Crosstrek…Estelle Feng was more than happy to show me the vehicle, answer any questions, and didn’t pressure me at all to buy that day. I knew I’d be coming back because of her. I even considered going to a different dealership, but I just wanted to work with Estelle. Yesterday (Wednesday), Estelle met me on my timeline (she’s really the best) to test drive the specific trim I wanted, and I didn’t think I’d be able to make any deals that day, due to some paperwork I was waiting on. This is where Jeff Jones comes in. Honestly, I don’t know how Jeff did it, but he gave me exactly what I wanted. He worked hard to make sure to meet all my demands (and there were many). He somehow was able to get me into my dream car that day. Jeff is easy to talk, has a great sense of humor and really loves his job. Oh and he has the patience of a saint but I’ll get to the later. Marco Saines handled the boring stuff (paperwork)…again, super easy to talk to, honest, and just a good guy. He made it as painless as possible. He’s also quick to get back to you if you have questions. Back to Jeff…reading the contract today, I got confused by the numbers I was looking at. Admittedly, I am sick with a cold, and not thinking as sharply as normal. I called up and Jeff and ran him through the wringer. He very patiently explained to me what I was misunderstanding…several times (I’m sorry Jeff!!!). I realized my error and am immediately writing this review! :) Honestly, these three are a dream team. At no point did I feel pressured to buy that day, they just let me know I could if I wanted to. I hate being pressured, I’m highly anxious and am going through a difficult chapter in my life. I felt so comfortable as a woman going alone to this dealership and getting a car. I can honestly say this is one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot, especially for a car dealership. You won’t regret buying a car here. Just ask for Estelle, Jeff, and Marco.

We had a wonderful experience here at Sutherlin Subaru. Ariya was friendly and professional with the initial negotiation and accommodated our needs since we live in San Diego. There was so much time we needed before we could make the decision for the 2026 Hybrid Crosstrek, but Selman was very patient throughout our decision process. He set up our test drive and showed every feature in the car so we understand it thoroughly. Jesse the manager also helped us with all our questions. Indeed a memorable experience as this is the first car for my daughter. It is the car to take her to all her yearly national competitions as well as training, boot camps and shows. Also most sentimental because it is the first 2026 Hybrid Crosstrek sold at this dealership. For sure a lucky car. From the beginning, I was upfront about my budget, and instead of any pressure or sales tactics, Brad truly worked with me to make the deal make sense. When I arrived (15minutes early) Gina met me at the door. She started my service repair right away. I was informed about what was going to be done and it was exactly what we had discussed before. My vehicle was taken back and I was all setup in the waiting area. My WRX wasfinished in less time it was scheduled for. Before my car was brought up the technician that had been working on my car sent me a video of the process and what he recommended to be done in the future. It left me with all the answers to any questions I might have had. Gina called me up and whent through everything. The information she left me with was all the information I wanted plus things I hadn't even thought of. Im extremely happy with the service completed on my vehicle and on the way I was treated. I had an outstanding experience at Sutherlin Subaru on 1/21/2026. George Laloyan and Chad Clarke in Sales, along with Marco Saines in Finance, made the entire process fast, clear, and stress‑free. I shopped ten dealerships for a 2025 WRX, and they gave me the best price and the exact color I wanted. George’s follow‑up was excellent, and both Chad and Marco were completely transparent with pricing. The car was delivered in perfect condition—something I can’t say about other Subaru dealerships where prep teams have damaged cars before delivery. The signing process was fully electronic, and overall this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had locally. My only suggestion: bring back the online parts ordering system that McKenna Subaru offered before becoming Sutherlin Subaru. It was convenient, competitively priced, and made ordering OEM accessories for pickup incredibly easy.

I was due for a new lease and made the decision to look into a hybrid car. As I was shopping around, I couldn't beat the pricing that the team at this location was able to offer. They got me into my Forster hybrid within 48 hours of connecting with their team. Danny was so very helpful in answering all my questions via email and phone. When going in person, Miguel was there to assist me in finding the white finish I desperately wanted. They went out of their way to pick up the vehicle from their overflow location. Such a very warm team there and I felt very comfortable and while taking care of. I believe the floor manager I spoke to was Jessie and then Joe closed out the final contract with me. Miguel even took time to show me all of the car features and made sure I knew how to drive home! Every single person was so enthusiastic and kind during this process. I'm glad that I went with them to get my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to join the Subaru family.
