Washed my car before returning it on Turo. For exterior only, it was $17 (no vacuum). It was super busy around noon on Saturday, like it took almost an hour, which is slightly ridiculous. They were all working hard, but I'm removing two stars, 1 because it took so long, and 2, that's a bit pricey just for an exterior wash.

My go-to for safety check. Got in around 6:55Am on Saturday, no wait, uncle took my insurance and registration and immediately got in to work. My car is rather new, so it only took 15min to complete the check. I was able to get on with my weekend plan after checking off to-do-list. Highly recommended!

An amazing place to get your car cleaned!!! They do an great jo on the inside and outside. Only thing is to carefully watch on how to turn into location...there will be several cars out front being cleaned it is the same drive way, turn into yo get an amazing carwash.

Because this is basically the only full-service car wash around (there is a drive thru one next door), they do not care about quality here. The prices keep going up $30+tip for a mediocre job. And be prepared to be there for an hour! I get it, it's busy but it makes more sense to save your money and just do it yourself.

Prob one of the best car wash in Waikiki, very professional and fast service. However because it's good the wait line can be long. It took us 20-30mins of wait time to get the car vacuumed, it would be 20mins longer if we did car wash. It really is a testament to their quality, there is a car wash right next to it but nobody goes there. Price & value is great as well.

Really great hand wash in downtown Honolulu. The team does her best to get all spots off and to assure that the wax is fully dried before you takeoff they do a great job of washing and drying your car by hand and their price points cannot be beat. The only reason I’m giving them a four-star is because from time to time the miss minuscule particular spots.

Tbh very expensive and service is not good. Took almost 1 hour for the whole thing, you have to step out of the car twice and have a worker drive it. At the end theres so many people wiping and they don't leave the car looking really clean, windows were left with dry soap and inside didnt really look well vacuumed, lots of sand and dirt left. Wouldn't go back tbh, for the price you expect to have a perfect job done.

Exceptional Service! I visited with a unique problem - my car had an old, peeling protective film, leaving behind a stubborn, sticky residue. (I wish I had a before picture!!) I was ready to seek specialized help, but Kurt, stepped in with a solution. Not only did he tackle the problem himself, but he also generously offered this service free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The result is fantastic - my car looks better than it did three years ago when I bought it. This act of kindness and professionalism speaks volumes about the quality of service here. Beware of this place. I was told I was getting a full detail, lies. My car is now scratched, nothing was wiped, the vacuum person was chewing on something and spit in my cup holder. My tires weren’t wiped anything. Extremely disappointed. As soon the detailers saw my license plate they started acting careless, tossing my equipment around in the car. I tipped too trusting things were done. Unreal, I come home to this.

So sad after paying 25 dollars . the cleaning guys over 55 years was not like the others with attention to details left my rims , tires and more areas dirty . 🥹 I believed full clean outside is full service for everything outside my vehicle. But not was fake .

They charged me $35. You can see the photos. Terrible experience. The saddest part is that they make millions of dollars a year giving people this poor service. Not only poor service, ugly customer experience. Rude and unprofessional. Never coming back.

I went to have my vehicle inspected after shipping it from the mainland, which is a two -step/visit process. Everyone at McKinley I met was super nice and helpful. Craig in particular went above and beyond and was so incredibly kind to be put air in the tires that needed to be inflated a bit, and installing my new license plates on the second visit. I also loved that I didn’t need an appointment, and there was no wait time. I highly recommend McKinley for your state inspection needs.

Yeah this aint it. The person who you pull up to at the entrance doesnt understand English very well and didnt know what washing under the carriage meant (Which I don't think they do?). The exterior body came out clean but dont expect things to be spotless. One side of my cars tires still had dirt in the corners of the rims that I had to wipe myself. They left smudges and streaks on the mirror right in front of me. If you need to return a rental then this is probably as good as it gets for the money. If you need to ship your car somewhere or want the cleanest possible seek out a local detailer who wont rip you off. It's better than a drive through car wash, but I would avoid until their workers stop doing things with half effort.

Brand new truck picked up from sand island, all dirty, so I took it to McKinley and the wash worked great and friendly staff but they scratched my side view mirrors while wiping it down afterwards. Not sure if they'll make it right but we'll see 😖

Super Great Car Wash!! They have an awesome team of guys to wipe down and dry your whole car inside and out after it goes through the wash and they even give you the option to vacuum the entire car and even has it up for you as you go through the line. Super top quality wash and only paid $32 for a full-sized van for the wash, vacuum and wiping down of the vehicle! Super solid seriously go here for all your car wash needs 🤙🏻
