Frank wouldn’t perform a safety inspection because he claimed my insurance card was forged, as his rude wife smirked. He refused to call State Farm to verify it, as the DMV requires inspectors to do if a temporary card with no water mark is presented. Mine had the official, DMV printed watermark. Thank you State Farm for reporting him to the DMV for me, and hopefully, getting results. If he’s too stupid to understand what a watermark is, he’s too stupid to handle your car.

Had my car 6 hours and wouldn’t tell me any problems over the phone. Did nothing. Told me master brake cylinder needed replacing. I drove in the morning of the work with soft brakes. I drove out that day with a suspension system that was not seated properly from their lifting. Frank denied my car even had a problem at first. BEWARE.

If you’re looking for a honest answer to fixing your car issues and want a great deal. You should call K&Y auto. They fixed my brakes and had an issue with the parts. Went back a day later and they replaced them on the spot with no problems. Plus they were $350 cheaper than any other quote I got. Simple and easy to deal with and they will treat you well.

Was hoping to get a valve cover gasket replacement for my is250 to get it up and running again, but lady on the phone was super rude once I told her that the car wasn’t running and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence when I told her that a screw was stripped. She never even asked me about where it was stripped. She kept talking to me in a demeaning tone and telling me that it is difficult to work on a car that can’t run and has a stripped screw. She told me that I need to get my car running again before I can take it to them, which totally defeats the purpose of coming to this shop to get a fix. When I told her that I could get a private tow to get the car there, she told me that “they don’t have room for me” and “it’s too hard of a job, I don’t even know what to ask you.” It’s alright that they didn’t have the space, I’m more so appalled at her lack of customer service skills. I was willing to workout a new quote because there were details that I left out just because I was still shopping around, but the overall demeanor was completely unacceptable. Plus, she never gave me the opportunity to receive another quote. I don’t understand how they expect to treat potential customers like this without expecting poor reviews. They have every right to refuse service but it wasn’t discussed in a professional way whatsoever. That lady surely has to work on her tone.

I was hearing noises not sure if breaks so took my car in to check brakes and to fix if needed. After a few hours they called said they removed tires and brakes pads are good for 10,000 miles, no noise heard. I was surprised but glad to hear. Came in paid $73.30 for the service. 4 days later I'm driving and hear my tire brakes grinding went into Jiffy Lube and they advise my pads were gone and needed to change immediately. Luckily I was street driving and not on the freeway and had to brake while driving fast. Can't understand how they could not see that pads are gone when removing tires. Was able to speak with them and tgey were very understanding and was able to resolve issue. Would definitely return and use their service next time. Mahalo.we
