Had my jeep for 2 months and what needed fixed didn’t get fixed. They fixed it enough to get it running and made me pay thousands of dollars so they can keep. They refused to answer calls and will see my texts but won’t reply. I’m done. Lawsuit is happening.

Jon was so incredibly helpful. He was very professional, took the extra step to find the best deal for parts, and educated me along the way of the repairs. I saw him last month for a dead battery and damaged alternator. Unfortunately, my radiator cracked and I was again stalled a few weeks ago. I was driving by a couple of days ago on N. School St. and happened upon first auto repair. I drove in and a pleasant sales manager named Johanen Gabriel greeted me and walked me into his office. The office was surprisingly clean and welcoming. Mr. Gabriel talked me through the options for my oil change and gave me a quote with a discount. I also discussed an issue I had with my car windshield nozzle, which he looked into for me. In less than an hour, I received a call from him regarding the completion of my oil change.First Auto Repair not only gave me a great deal, but fixed my nozzle for free. Johanan had exceptional customer service and I implicitly recommended his business to anyone reading this review.

Came in on quick notice with a flat tire and through inspection found out it was a bent rim instead that caused a leak. I was quickly served and swapped to a spare wheel. Despite taking up their time, they didn’t take payment from me and even gave me some advice on possible new rim options. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. 100% will be my go-to spot if I ever need any help with my car.

I went there to change my battery connection because the positive terminal was rusted not only did he take me with out a appointment it only took 20mins and the part I brought didn’t fit so he resized the hole on the part and only charged me 40 bucks so greatful for him I would have had to take bus if not for him

Staff is super friendly. They checked my battery. I needed to replace my alternator. I would estimate that I waited for about 90 minutes. And this is including the wait for a new alternator that was ordered from a supplier. I will definitely come here now if I have other car issues. I've been to this shop on more than one occasion. I first came here for an a/c repair on my avalon and was very satisfied with the results. I also had my husband and son-in-law bring in their vehicles for a/c repair. This time I came back to change a motor mount, remove & replace suspension shock/strut, rear suspension control arm and full oil change. The owner Nick is very professional, consistent and honest when working with his customers/clients. We can't forget Vitaliy, a top grade experienced mechanic who not only knows his stuff, but is also very caring and honest in his dealings and recommendations of one's vehicle. These are people who can be trusted, offer excellent pricing and who totally can be relied upon when it comes to the care and maintenance of my vehicle. I took my car to Toyota for Toyota Camry to change engine mountains and work on suspension. They quoted me 4500 which was Way out of my budget. I called four other shops for an estimate. Nobody wanted to do it for less than $3000 untill I spoke to Nick from First Auto Repair. He quoted me for the same estimate $1700. And also said that the job will be done on the same day. I dropped off the car at nine in the morning and picked it up by the end of the day. They were such a generous people and kind. I wish other people had the same work ethics as First Auto Repair. After going to a dealership and spending money for them to figure out what was wrong with my car, I gave up any hope on trying to fix it, until I found first auto repair. Not only did they figure out the problem with my brakes they fixed it within the day. I paid way less than what I paid at the dealership. I recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and a good price! Will be coming here from now on and not wasting $$$ at the dealership
